AUS Brokers is an online business appraisal tool for Australian small and medium business owners who are getting ready to sell. Upload your latest profit & loss, and add the lease, staff roster or earlier years' accounts if you have them. AUS Brokers normalises the figures to maintainable earnings with every add-back explained, and applies an industry sale multiple range for your business type and size. It then checks the result against comparable businesses currently listed for sale in your state. You get a Vendor Appraisal Report with an indicative price range, and can add a Buyer Business Profile and a draft listing ad to give to buyers. Both come as PDF and Word and can be edited before download. It works in every Australian state and territory, and you pay once per appraisal with no subscription. AUS Brokers provides indicative appraisals only, not valuations, and it doesn't act for buyers or sellers.
