What do you like best?

Auryc has been invaluable for our Research and Analytics team here at Cox Automotive. We've historically run a lot of analyses and A/B tests to quantify the "what" of user behavior and Auryc has really allowed us to begin to understand the "why" component that we had been missing.

The customer service with Auryc has been top-notch. Amod and team have always been there to demonstrate Auryc's capabilities or to run educational sessions. This has really allowed our Research & Analytics team to maximize the value we're getting out of this tool. What do you dislike?

What do you like best?

Auryc integrates with Segment, so you can easily track events and behaviours by user trait, even better you can actually create events in Auryc directly which is really cool, and these can run along side Segment.

Setting up funnels, plus path and goal analysis means we can see how people are engaging with the site, download users lists for emails, and even watch session so we can see exactly what users are doing.

What do you like best?

The support we have recieved from the Auryc team has been amazing.

The amount of data we can extract is phenomenal and gives us complete transparency of the entire user journey which for our industry is ALOT of separate sessions over 90 days on average. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Auryc's developers are extremely attentive and responsive. Anytime I have a question or a want, they always work with me to find a solution! It's also great that the software has integrations for Google Analytics and Optimizely so I can see everything in one place and give additional qualitative and quantitative insights to our analyses. I also love how it's easy to filter to the web sessions that meet certain criteria, and within each session, the recordings skip idle time and are marked where events of interest occur so I don't have to waist time slogging through hours of recordings. What do you dislike?

Perhaps I'm a little too reliant on Auryc's staff to set things up? But perhaps that's just because I'm still learning. The UI is pretty intuitive and I imagine I'll be much more savvy in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

If anything, the sheer quantity and variety of data is daunting. This is really our issue and not the service. Auryc is an extremely powerful all-in one audience analytics tool. You can conduct onsite surveys, collect feedback and dig into the customer journey. The heatmap and session data is really interesting to dig into, as well as the session replays. Having used other competitors I can say that Auryc feels more robust. However, where they really shine is their customer service. Overall, I've been really impressed by how hands-on and responsive customer support is. Our dedicated points of contact are always willing to help get surveys set up and conduct ad-hoc trainings set up for new team members. What do you like best?

Auryc is a good contender in the session recording space. It captures the entire DOM which makes it easy to filter by events. Also, I have seen Auryc saving our sessions though we have crossed the limits which is a really good experience.

Auryc is a very good choice for a session recording tool as it serves all the basic requirements and also Amod (the founder) and his team are very patient and responsive in case of issues. What do you dislike?

It can be more feature-rich overall, and also faster when it comes to dragging between different parts of the video.

Videos are usually memory intensive and maybe that could also be a reason for videos to be slow when its dragged.

It will be great if there is a constant check-in with the customers on how they are using the tool and helping them out with the different functionalities of the tool or have some guided tour/videos in the product. What do you like best?

We have newly onboarded with Auryc and the team has been incredibly attentive, responsive and eager to find quick solutions as we discover how our business can best utilize brand insights. I was really impressed with the extra attention to ensure our immediate success! The visual elements to these insights are also easy to track and share with our customers. What do you like best?

Auryc is by far the most powerful analytics tool we have in our marketing technology stack. We use Auryc in tandem with robust enterprise level tools like Google Analytics/Tag Manger 360.

The features and functionality of Auryc can go head-to-head with any competitor, and the versatility/maturity of the features continues to evolve on a very regular basis. We use all facets of the tool, including but not limited to session replays, heatmapping, on-site surveys, goal funnel analyses, reverse goal path analyses, event tracking, etc.

With that said, my favorite part about working with Auryc is the tremendous team and superior customer support they provide. I candidly would be satisfied with the quality of the software, but the customer service and dedicated support teams make the partnership even that much more invaluable. What do you dislike?

To be honest, my list of "dislikes" of the tool is rather non-existent. I candidly wish I could hire a dedicated resource on my team internally to spend dedicated time to even further leverage our investment in the tool. That's how valuable we believe Auryc is. What do you like best?

I really like the recorded actions of each visitor to the site. It helps us to know where users are spending the most time and what content is most important. I really enjoy viewing the heat maps and session recordings. I can see first hand what visitors are doing once they enter the site such as pages they are viewing, content or images they find most important. Definitely take a look at session recordings. That feature is amazing and provides a lot of insight. We tend to go back and view session recordings if we see that our bounce rate is high and actions have decreased. This helps to view where on the page visitors are finding not useful. What do you like best?

You can join the three things you need to understand the behavior on the same platform: session replay, analytics data and surveys. That way, you can segment in a much smarter way, with more tools (ie session replay) to join the things you quantitatively know about the customer with qualitative data.

The platform is very intuitive once you get to know it and it's very "smart", in the sense that once configured, it works pretty much automatic.

Also, the support and responsiveness of the team is amazing. They have a Slack channel where you get an answer almost instantly from Amod and his team. It's not only that they give you support to understand how to use the platform; as they are experts using if, they help you understand what's going on with your site's performance when there are issues. What do you dislike?

A few usability things that I think are important and I believe they are already working on: be able to see some of the metrics as relative metrics instead of absolute, and things on that line.

It's also important to be able to configure alarms in case metrics cross a threshold, that way you don't need to check every time. Sending reports over email would be useful and in general more "smart" analysis of the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Trust the team, they really know what they are doing and will be extremely helpful and promptly when needed.

For customer analysis primarily. That of course adds the session replay + feedback parts of the product important to fully understand the customer analysis. Plus, debugging is way easier when you can track the users that are showing altered metrics.

I think the fact that you have everything on the same platform is not only comfortable because you don't have to use several services; it's very important because you are able to track the sessions and feedbacks to the users that show specific metrics. For example, users who went to checkout but didn't convert: what do they think about us (feedback), what other behavior they show (metrics) and what do they do on the site (replay)? It gives a complete picture that is very important to have, otherwise you have pieces that may not match completely.

What do you like best?

Auryc has been a great tool to understand customer struggles. A lot of web analytics tools will give you stats about engagement, the progression from a page or funnel step being down. While Auryc shows you exactly what about the page or step is causing a certain metric to be down. It helps you see your customer struggle and empathize with them to create a better experience. Conversion rate optimization without Auryc is really difficult as you might have the best intentions to improve the design of an existing experience while seeing the actual interaction is sometimes eye-opening. We have used Auryc for many areas of insights and process beyond CX - fraud detection, prepare business cases for certain features over others. Auryc has a very unique feature where you can look at various levels (user, clicks) within their funnels which make it a great to understand action and consequence. What do you like best?

The Auryc platform and the team were able to identify improvements to lift our funnel conversion even during the trial period.

The session replay feature enabled a comprehensive understanding our users and the WHY behind the data metrics. We can watch how users explore our product after sign up, how users use the product before the they convert to paying users, or what frustrated the users before they submit negative reviews.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We always talked about the user journey, and how we use data to understand the users. But before Auryc, only the WHAT is available for analysis, but the WHY behind certain user behaviors is difficult to tell. For example, we were only able to look at the funnel analysis, and see that X% of users fall off at certain step, but we need extensive user research to understand why users fall off and identify fixes or improvements to improve the funnel conversion rate.

Auryc is able to show the user frustrations before the dropoff. It can be a broken button (for certain browser and setting) or a misleading static graphic that users treated as a CTA. All the improvements that Auryc identifies are difficult to identify otherwise. These are all actionable insights that we can take and optimize our product immediately. What do you like best?

The team at Auryc has been incredibly helpful, and the software is very robust. My favorite part of Auryc is the ability to retroactively run an analysis. What do you like best?

Not being a highly technical person I felt I needed a better understanding of my customer's needs and the steps to make their customer journey the best possible experience.
