I miss having a dedicated point of contact. With my previous payroll provider, I had one person who knew our company and could assist with any issue. With Auris, it's often unclear which department to contact, and I have to explain our situation each time. A single representative or account manager would provide a much better customer experience. "Overall good system with some room for improvement(s)" 3.5/5 What do you like best about Auris Payroll? During implementation, the support was impeccable, with very quick responses whenever we needed help. Processing payroll feels about the same as with our prior HRIS, which was already working well for us. We also really enjoy being able to recruit and onboard within the same system, which keeps everything in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Auris Payroll? There are little to no options for customization or for fully controlling the HRIS system. If we ever have a question, almost everything has to be escalated to the Auris team, which doesn’t leave much room for autonomy at the local level. We also had a really hard time during the implementation for our total rewards, and it took months to resolve. The scheduling portal isn’t user-friendly, and neither is the app as a whole; there are too many different places to look, which discourages employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Auris Payroll solving and how is that benefiting you? Auris has helped bridge the gap for us whenever we’ve needed escalated HR support. Our former system offered zero support, but Auris support is almost over the top in terms of how much they can control and handle on their end.
