It’s easy to use with an intuitive layout, although they do give you a short Zoom training before you start using it. Once you’ve gone through it the first time, it becomes super easy. They won’t mail your W-4 at the end of the year unless you pay extra. Overall, it’s not too expensive, but there are cheaper payroll services out there, and you get what you pay for. I use Auris Payroll because it makes my life easier, especially during tax time, as they handle all state and federal taxes without any surprises from the IRS. Unlike my previous payroll company, Auris takes out taxes for my local city, solving a big problem for me. It's a smooth operation, and when I need to make changes, they handle it promptly without disrupting the schedule. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus.
