What do you like best about Aurinko.io?

The thing I like best about Aurinko.io is its reliability and robustness. It seamlessly integrates with our PyjamaHR application, and since switching from Nylas, we have experienced significantly fewer issues. What do you dislike about Aurinko.io?

As of now, there's not much to dislike about Aurinko.io. One area for improvement could be the comprehensiveness of their documentation. While they provide sufficient information to get started and maintain the basic functionalities, more detailed guides and tutorials for their newer features would be helpful for developers to expedite the integration process. What problems is Aurinko.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Aurinko.io is primarily solving the problem of complex integrations for us. Before switching to Aurinko, we were using Nylas, and there were frequent issues that our customers were encountering. This was not only affecting our product's reputation but was also consuming a significant amount of our team's time in troubleshooting.

Aurinko's robust and reliable API platform has dramatically reduced these customer-facing issues. It's providing us with a streamlined way to integrate various functionalities like Email and Calendar into our application, PyjamaHR, without the hassle of managing individual integrations. This stability has allowed us to focus more on enhancing our product and less on resolving technical issues, improving our overall productivity and customer satisfaction.

The platform's webhook processing and delivery mechanisms, unified Tasks API, Email API enhancements are some of the features that stand out. They demonstrate a commitment to continual improvement and versatility, which is beneficial as we scale and expand our product's capabilities.

Moreover, the cost-effectiveness of Aurinko.io is another significant benefit. We were able to cut our costs by almost half compared to Nylas, providing us with more resources to invest in other areas of our business.

Lastly, Aurinko's excellent customer service has been a real asset. The team's response time and availability have been remarkable, providing us with the assistance and guidance we need whenever we need it.
