I like that I can create segmentation, upload lists easily, create triggers to automate emails based on the lists I upload and it is easy to measure performance for single emails as well as see the visual performance of clicks. The statistics for automated campaigns don't seem to be accurate if you are viewing a time period longer than one day. It crashes fairly often and won't work when emails need to be sent out.
