AuraCliniq is an electronic medical record (EMR) and clinic management software (SaaS) in Spanish, developed in Honduras by Aura Dev Studio for independent practices, clinics with several physicians and medical centers with several locations. The medical record includes 11 specialty templates, among them Pediatrics with WHO growth charts calculated from the official LMS parameters (percentile and z-score), corrected age for preterm infants and growth charts for children with Down syndrome (CDC 2015). It also includes ICD-10 coding with more than 14,000 codes in Spanish, up to three diagnoses per visit, and encrypted clinical file attachments. The schedule sends automated appointment reminders by WhatsApp and email, included in the price, and syncs one way with Google Calendar. Prescriptions, medical orders, certificates and referrals are printed with the clinic logo and the physician's details. The finance module records payments, accounts receivable and the cash register, with non-fiscal receipts, and eight management reports cover productivity, frequent diagnoses and no-shows. Security includes isolation between clinics at the database level, two-step verification, an audit log of every record opening, and daily encrypted backups with a copy at a second provider. AuraCliniq costs 49, 99 or 199 USD per month per clinic, with VAT (ISV) included, no long-term contract and a 14-day trial. Migration from another system is included. What it does not do: it does not issue tax invoices (SAR/CAI), it does not work offline and it has no public API yet.
