AuraConnect is a proactive AI shopping assistant for Shopify stores. It uses real-time shopping behavior signals to identify possible purchase friction and provide timely, product-relevant assistance throughout the shopping journey. The assistant helps shoppers compare products, understand key differences, find suitable options, and get answers about fit, compatibility, shipping, and checkout. Merchants can connect their product catalog and store policies, configure a brand-aligned voice, and activate the assistant through a guided setup. Aura Connect supports product recommendations, comparison guidance, bundle suggestions, and proactive visitor engagement. It also gives merchants visibility into assisted conversations and revenue associated with supported shopping sessions. By identifying moments when shoppers may need help and providing relevant guidance, Aura Connect helps them make more confident purchase decisions.
