Aula Magna is a student platform for schools too small for an enterprise system and too busy for nine separate tools. A business school, a language academy, a K-12 school or a university department registers in minutes, puts its own name, colours and domain on the platform, and runs the term from one screen: QR and video-class attendance, a gradebook, the timetable (uploaded from any file and read into a draft), fees and receipts, mentoring and careers, signed and verifiable certificates, and an early-warning radar that flags students who are drifting three weeks into term, with the reason. Native iOS and Android apps, nine interface languages, EU hosting with a signed data-processing agreement, and your data exports in open formats any day you ask. A free, open-source, self-hosted Community edition; the hosted Full version is €3 per student per month with a 30-day free trial and no card required.
