Interactive Seat Mapping Our interactive seat mapping feature facilitates the design and build of your venue. Allow your customers to select their preferred seats by zooming into their chosen area where they can explore the perspective view from their seat and easily and securely checkout. E-Ticketing When customers make a purchase, they receive an automatic email confirmation which includes their e-ticket. All e-tickets are designed using your branding and any specific text, images and/or promotion you require. Staff still have the ability to manually send customer confirmations and e-receipts. QR Scanning Using any handheld or fixed smart device, staff can quickly and easily scan customer e-tickets upon arrival at your venue. Customers can either present their e-ticket on their smartphone or show a printed copy. Once an e-ticket has been scanned, the customer is marked as entered.
