It's a powerful tool to discover fraud and discover solutions for most problems. I also like the security aspect, as it is cloud-based. Finally, the pricing is competitive in comparison with other platforms. **What do you dislike about AuditFile?** Not necessarily a dislike; however, it does take training to use effectively. Also, this is an issue with every platform I've ever worked with, but it does occasionally freeze and shutdown forcing me to redo my work. **What problems is AuditFile solving and how is that benefiting you?** It takes significantly less time and brainpower than doing a complete audit by oneself. Auditfile financial protection.!! **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Monica M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2020 **What do you like best about AuditFile?** In every company it is necessary to improve financial stability I like the system that Auditfile offers us because it is more than an auditing software it is possible with its additional tools, to make risk strategies, which allow to carry out balance sheet investigations and observe how to improve the company in the future, in addition, the system with its main function of delivering audits does so in a coherent way, providing detailed analyzes on the management of the company and each balance, it is truly a complete and responsible software. **What do you dislike about AuditFile?** I do not have any kind of problem or inconvenience with the service, since it has been very useful, but it would be perfect if they added features to their system, it would be something additional, and they tried to couple it for mobile devices in this way it is much easier to handle. the service a service only online or by computer can be somewhat frustrating, it would be a radical change if they did it directly to a mobile device and very well received. **Recommendations to others considering AuditFile:** I definitely recommend it because it has worked, the result is noticeable, we have seen great changes and much more complete audits and we have noticed a large increase in new clients so the economy is much more specific and we know what enters and leaves within the company, for what I recommend this responsible system. **What problems is AuditFile solving and how is that benefiting you?** The system solves the problems that we have within the company. Its configuration allowed us an ease of use and speed up the Audit processes. It comes with additional features like risk-knowledge, registry analysis, consolidation of the company and planning. This is presented as a simple report which points the limitations and our progress. This software provides you with this information in a simple way and saves time. **What do you dislike about AuditFile?** Security did not appear uptight as the tool appears old. Visual aesthetics can be improved too. **What problems is AuditFile solving and how is that benefiting you?** we never performed a more complete audit or analysis in our company which is a startup. With ongoing campaigns and the scope of future projects, we sought a solution to understand how we fared economically and we found AuditDesktop. Now we don't need a panel of auditors and can get the same data with an incredible software that allows creating a fast and complete audit according to the characteristics.
