Auditective runs a site audit from a checklist: every question is answered where the work is, every item that fails becomes a finding with a photograph, an urgency and a deadline, and the audit ends in a signed PDF report that can be verified from the code printed on it. THE AUDIT - Item by item: compliant, not compliant or not applicable, with a note and a photo - Four urgency levels: low, medium, high and critical; an open finding past its deadline reads one level higher - Mark up photos with arrows and circles - Scan a paper form into the audit as a PDF attachment - Read a machine nameplate from a photo; what is read is offered as a suggestion and you decide FINDINGS THAT LIVE ON Each finding keeps its recommended action, the person responsible, the deadline and the evidence that closed it. YOUR OWN CHECKLISTS Create, edit and duplicate templates, with item groups, conditional items and scoring.
