The integration process was smooth with a trial run being undertaken before the full use of the system. Our team has commented on numerous occasions how appreciate they are for the quick response time of audit dashboard (a significant improvement from the old system we were using). Audit Dashboard has also developed and implemented multiple suggestions we have suggested which is appreciated. **What do you dislike about AuditDashboard?** The main downside of Audit Dashboard has been that the weekly status email notifications can often get ignored by client and staff due to the repetitiveness of these emails. **What problems is AuditDashboard solving and how is that benefiting you?** Through having the request lists for all engagements on a centralised request management system, allows better organisation and traceability of requests.
