Audit Comply built a custom application to integrate with our platform. **What do you dislike about AuditComply?** They are in Ireland!! Actually don't have any dislikes or negatives so had to come up with something for this space. Many of our development teams are in Asia or Eastern Europe so the time difference was minimal. **What problems is AuditComply solving and how is that benefiting you?** Audit Comply built an integrated blockchain auditor for our platform as well as a consumer-facing metadata auditing feature for the self-validation of digital assets. Everything seems good. Good Analytics, good UI/UX, RCA analysis, Risk control options. **What problems is AuditComply solving and how is that benefiting you?** Track my compliances, supplier governance, and audit planning all in one place. ### 3. We recently introduced a year end stock count application, Kevin in particular was on hand before, during and after the event with support. There was also a requirement to add QR code reading (new to the team) and Eoin was able to imbed this into the application both on IOS and Android systems. **What do you dislike about AuditComply?** In my experience it can sometimes take time to go through the development phase. *Hint - work it all out using excel as the results & formulae's can be very useful for the AC development teams. Some of the asset tree structure could be more streamlined. **What problems is AuditComply solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the development and design of the year end application, we have significantly reduced the time to collect, submit and review accurate data to enable auditing to take place literally within minutes of data being submitted. The roll up report functionality enabled us to fully roll up all stocks counted across multiple sites to return the data quite quickly for review. This also resulted in accountability of the end users to what was submitted, where and when. The foundation of this particular development will allow further functionality this year within material management. ### 5. It ensures that audits (in our case, HSE HACCP checks) are completed on time, consistently, and alerts managers if an audit has not been completed on time. AuditComply gives staff the option to record a "non conformance" and to note the actions taken to remedy the situation. Everything is uploaded instantly, which means that management can get a clear view of what is happening at any moment. We use AuditComply for everything, from temperature checks to goods-in and closing checklists. It is easy to use and liked by staff, too. I would have no hesitation in recommending this software to any business owner. **What do you dislike about AuditComply?** N/A - AuditComply extremely intuitive to use and we haven't experienced any issues. **Recommendations to others considering AuditComply:** Contact the company and ask for a demo - this was extremely useful for us. If/when you sign up, engage with the on-boarding process. **What problems is AuditComply solving and how is that benefiting you?** AuditComply has helped us ensure all our HACCP checks are completed consistently. It empowers staff to record any issues, and encourages them to take ownership of the remedy. It has also saved us a great deal of time sorting through paperwork, for both staff managers. ### 6. She is always on the ball and gets me help and answers as needed even with a huge time zone difference. Also, I love that with AuditComply if you have an idea or recommendation for it to better serve you and your company they'll listen and try their best to implement it in future updates. I've used AuditComply in two beef harvest and fabrication plant startups and would use it again on the next without a doubt. **What do you dislike about AuditComply?** The only downside to AuditComply is that there is a slight learning curve however once you get it down it is extremely easy. If you can use an iPhone you can use AuditComply. Thankfully, when starting with AuditComply they offer one on one zoom meetings to get you started which is extremely helpful. **What problems is AuditComply solving and how is that benefiting you?** Filing paper documents and records is a thing of the past with AuditComply. Furthermore, from a corporate or management aspect, being able to see compiled audit data quickly and easily is a great benefit. ### 7. Information is captured in real time and it is a massive time saver compared to paper based systems. Progress with audits and audit results can be monitored/trended. The ability to tailor template settings, close out requirements and viewing access is extremely useful - you are confident when presenting reports to an auditor that issues are correctly closed out. Filtering system so you can quickly locate the completed audit you are looking for e.g. during a 3rd party audit. Reminders for overdue non-conformances. Ability to complete audits on computer or mobile phone app. The ability to use for various tasks and not just QA audits. - e.g. assign close out actions to be taken from a report, glass checks, environmental etc. Customer service - willingness to take on board suggestions for improvement to suit needs. **What do you dislike about AuditComply?** At present, where 2 separate non-conformances are raised under the 1 clause/question, it does not separate which picture is for which non-conformance. Where a pre-start alert note requires editing, you cannot perform this task in bulk i.e. you have to go into each individual template and add the required information. **What problems is AuditComply solving and how is that benefiting you?** Addition of preventative action as a mandatory requirement, rather than an optional requirement. We are currently planning to have this is place by the end of the month. Linking each non-conformance raised with the relevant picture - raised this with Audit Comply (currently working on this). Editing a pre-start alert note in bulk i.e. across numerous templates rather than doing it for each individual template - raised this with Audit Comply (currently working on this). ### 8. I really enjoy working with the team. Kevin, Susan and Sarai are so passionate about they do, very helpful and reactive. Their support is second to none. **What do you dislike about AuditComply?** Currently not being able to trigger events and current analytical data availability. **Recommendations to others considering AuditComply:** Ensure that you are aware of exactly what you need and how you want reporting to look like. This will be a good start when developing the asset tree. **What problems is AuditComply solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data graphs and charts, risk assessments, ISO look ups. Building of templates with scoring and grading was initially difficult although I have greatly improved after a lot of practice and support from AC. ### 9. Quickly provides detailed information on completed audits. Records and keeps track of completed audits and issues encountered. **What do you dislike about AuditComply?** Would like to see an easier way to update templates on mass. **What problems is AuditComply solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overhauled our quality control process. We developed audits based on product categories and input our various factories and suppliers into the system. Makes it easy to track issues with a particular product group and monitor the performance of our factories. Non conformance notifications and reporting grades rapidly notifies employees of product issues. This encourages a culture of accountability, and allows the company to quickly follow up on product issues. ### 10.
