The workstream features are incredibly beneficial for our audit, SOC processes, and several other company functions, aiding in collecting evidence and facilitating various processes with a closed-loop nature for easy setup. The ability to track tests and evidence requests efficiently has been particularly helpful, allowing our external auditors to rely on our work within the tool. Over the four years we've been using it, we've seen substantial efficiencies in our processes. I also greatly appreciate the customer success program, which has been instrumental in helping us learn about new features and tackling different challenges, complimented by solid support that ensures we have smooth functionalities.
