There are less click steps in comparison to the old one. Also, we do like the instatiated controls. **What do you dislike about Optro?** I dislike that it seems like there are great capabilities demoed to us, but when applied; it is not as flexible and customizable based on out internal processes. There are also some windows/ tabs that have additional click steps. For instance, I am not sure why the evidence request cannot be launched from the control. It seems that it has to be set up separately and then linked to the control. Need a means to automated controls with as-needed frequency with dashboard. The worst thing about AuditBoard is when proposing issues the team closes and disregards if they do not have the resources to address. They suggest to submit an "idea" to the community, despite it being an active issue. **What problems is Optro solving and how is that benefiting you?** GRC tool breaks silos at the company and gives leadership ideas budgeting, resource allocation, and monitoring key tasks, and of course, mitigating the risk of financial mistatement, fraud, and/or legal repercussions. ### 6.
