The initial setup was easy, although it did require SMEs from the team to assist with deployment. We switched to Optro primarily because of its user-friendliness compared to what we used before. The way Optro surfaces relevant tools and integrations based on actual workflow context rather than generic category browsing has changed how our team approaches finding new solutions. Instead of spending hours evaluating options that turn out to be irrelevant we are landing on genuinely useful tools much faster than before. The curated quality of what gets surfaced has also meant that the tools we discover through Optro tend to be production ready rather than half finished products that look good in a screenshot. Tool discovery and evaluation was an unstructured process in our organisation that consumed significant time without a reliable framework for making decisions. Different teams were independently evaluating overlapping tools and nobody had visibility into what others had already assessed or were currently using.
