The user experience and constant improvements make the software approachable yet refreshing. **What do you dislike about Optro?** There are times when new feature rollouts are not "all the way there yet". For example, the "Annotate" feature is a great step to streamlining the tickmarks and housing them in AuditBoard. However, this feature does not yet work for Excel files. Our audit function's IT group can use this for PDFs of tickets, etc. but the assurance side sees Excel formats as evidence. **What problems is Optro solving and how is that benefiting you?** AuditBoard stores and makes our audit universe/function easy to maintain. We can inventory all of our risks, issues, test steps, templates, reports, and more using different AuditBoard capabilities. ### 9. I like the ability to team across these groups in a single platform. When I have questions regarding the OpsAudit module, the user community and helpdesk have been a great resource. We use the tool daily and are continuing to explore additional features like Workstream. **What do you dislike about Optro?** Some of the OpsAudit functionality changes have caught us by surprise, added clicks to existing processes, and required me to go back and update our training materials for the team. Also, customer support can be a significant effort with endless references to recordings, classes, etc..and long lead times to diagnose, escalate, and address business impacting issues. Also, annotate sometimes crashes, I have a control that has been open almost 2 weeks because annotate has crashed. The help team sent me what to do but it has not worked thus far so it still remains open. There is also not a randomizer in Auditboard so you have to utilize an outside source.
