The platform's extensive feature set and customization options allow granular presentation of various components and operations, which results in strong system control, data normalization, and additional end-user ease of use. The vendor's reference materials (knowledge base articles, training videos, etc.) provide extensive, up-to-date coverage of system operation and configuration, making it very easy to manage, use, and train on the platform. **What do you dislike about Optro?** From an external reporting and integration perspective, two points have hindered our organization's full use of the platform. First, for customers with API access, not all API endpoints are listed and detailed in the vendor documentation. This has led to requiring additional time tracking down (via Postman) the desired endpoints and experimenting/testing before bringing them into production use. While the endpoints discovered/used so far are obscure and unlikely to be commonly needed, the API documentation would benefit from a complete listing of all available operations. Second, the data schema of the application makes it difficult to integrate fully with platforms like Power BI or Tableau. Due to the oeprational design where certain tables reference the same fact/dimension tables, it is difficult or impossible to build a cohesive reelationship-based catalog of all system tables in these platforms. This issue can be circumvented in several ways (omiting certain tables, cloning tables, unpivoting data, complex SQL, etc.), but these steps are not intuitive for most of their customers (GRC/audit shops) and may pose a significant challenge to teams without the knowledge/resources. **What problems is Optro solving and how is that benefiting you?** AuditBoard has helped stramline evidence collection, processing, and reporting across risks and controls in our organization's audit/risk management department. However, it seems that AB was made aware of the glitch and quicky fixed. **What problems is Optro solving and how is that benefiting you?** AB solves a lot of project management tasks that would otherwise be very time consuming for us.
