UI is very user friendly and clean. The layout and navigation are clear for non-technical user to adopt quickly. Platform GRC capabilities for managing enterprise risks, internal audits and compliance workflow are sufficient for basic workflow. The new reporting tool via 'Connected Dashboard' looks promising and I hope there are continuous effort to improve this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Optro? Poor implementation. The data mapping and permission design is a mess to administer. Very limited when it comes to workflow that require higher level of customization to meet business needs. The out of the box solution is limited in customization whether it be creating new form templates, risk assessment, workstream survey and reports generation. Expect a lot of work-around or response from support to have it request a potential feature in the future. One of the more frustrating aspects has been the support experience. Tier 1 support often acts as bottleneck, especially for complex issues that clearly require escalation to the product manager or engineering team member. We have encountered delays in resolution due to prolonged back-and-forth before a case is handed off to Tier 2 or Product support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
