Your team can also follow it themselves, so the process lives in one shared place instead of one person's memory. When a run reveals that an app or step has changed, Arro shows the differences for your review. You choose whether to update the playbook. If your own process changes, record the new steps and use them to update it. From preparing a quote to updating a tracker, the idea is simple: show the task, review the playbook, then let Arro handle the repetition.
