What do you like best about Audiense?

Before Audiense, I would conduct online audience research by search for a topic on a regular social listening tool, going through the mentions, and looking through the profiles of people joining in on the conversation by hand. This would take hours, even for the most basic of tasks. Audiense does the same work and more for me in a fraction of the time. Reports are quick and easy to set up, and they rarely take longer than 10 minutes to run. The exports generated from the report are visually nice and easy to read, meaning I can send them directly to stakeholders without having to adjust them. The tool's documentation is well written and anwers most questions, including details of data sourcing, and the Audiense team are very helpful and quick to answer any addtional questions that are sent to them. What do you dislike about Audiense?

Because Audiense's insights reports are generated based on audiences found via publically avalible data on X, it is not always a true representation of an overall audience. However, when trying to research online audiences, often this option is better than nothing and/or a good starting point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Audiense solving and how is that benefiting you?

While traditional social listening tells me what people are saying about a topic, Audiense tells me about those people themselves - demographics, interests, influencers that would appeal to them, etc. It allows me to quickly and easily gather this information. What do you like best about Audiense?

One of the best things about Audiense is that this tool provides enormous amouns of insights. Quite often those insights not only cofirm some of hypotheses that we might have already but also revelas lots new facts. This information sparks lots of creative actionable ideas related to marketing, sales and overall business strategy.

What do you dislike about Audiense?

The only and not really significant isse is that reporting is based on a Twitter account, and not all businesses that we are interested in have one. However, Audiense isn't the one to blame for it, and also we know some workarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It streamlines a number of processes such as creating buying persona, identifying new segments to target, building marketing/sales/business strategy, measuring marketing chanels efficiency, stratrgic planning and even creating a budget.

Most of the industry relies on Twitter as open data to provide real-time insights that identify audience affinities at a personal level vs aggregated, or even scrapped (which we do not want to handle, as not accurate).

However, this was part of the reason we acquired and introduced our latest Meta insights tool, Soprism, which provides aggregated audiences with interests in Meta, and first-party data profiling, so that we can provide an enriched audience analysis enabling multichannel. With the combination, this takes audience profiling to the next level. 🚀

What do you like best about Audiense?

I've been using Audiense Connect for a while now, and it's changed my approach to audience segmentation and engagement.

The platform provides a 10,000-metre view of my audience, with granular breakdowns of demographics, interests, and behaviors.

I'm very reliant on X/Twitter for social analytics and their X integration helped me level up. I love how I can export segments directly to the Twitter ads dashboard.

It didn't involve much of a learning curve. As I was onboarding, whenever I had questions, they responded quickly. They're very helpful and the Audiense product team is awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Audiense?

Initially, I was a little hesitant to go all in on Audiense due to the heavy reliance on X/Twitter, but with the recent acquisition of Soprism and the ability to now profile Meta accounts, there's not much to dislike. The main overarching problem that Audiense solved for me was limited audience understanding. I had no idea how surface-level previous social analytics projects were until I started researching well beyond the basic demographic limitations of other platforms.

What do you like best about Audiense?

They have been bending over backward for me as a tiny client for years. I have been working on different types merging the value of Audiences with our digital advertising business in 1000 different ways. This work has been ongoing for more than 2 years and we are still working on getting to the finishing line. Even with our minor contribution to the yearly turnover they have not only helped but invited me over to their office to learn more about how their service works. Great team, great people! What excited me about their platform was the unique way it looked at data connected to people’s activity on social media - the pages and posts they liked - rather than their public posts. What do you like best about Audiense?

Audiense is the first platform I look to whenever I'm working on an audience development project. The segmentation, comparisons, and global landscape make it perfect for projects, big or small. With my work focused primarily in the music industry, I'm able to easily find the artists I'm working with or comparable artists to start any project. The deep breakdowns across all the different forms of media, user preferences, demographics and more is the most robust offering I've seen and with the newest acquisitions expanding across additional social media sites, it really is an uncomparable project.
