First, thank you for being an AudienceView client. We’re sorry that you’ve had challenges with your settlements since our process changed due to the pandemic. With the high number of canceled and postponed events since March 2020, we were forced to institute an ‘attestation to event’ step to validate that all events happened. If an event was canceled, we are obligated as merchants (for the instances in which we serve as merchant of record) to refund the attendees, requiring us to hold those remittance funds pending attestation. For instructions or a reminder on how to settle your events, search for “settlement” in the Learning Portal, which you can easily access by clicking the Help button when logged into AudienceView Professional.
