What do you like best about Auctria?

Austria has a simple setup process and is quick and easy to connect to your payment processor. They also provide many setup options to completely customize the experience as well as great options of communication to encoursge guests to pre-register. The checkout process is incredibly easy once bidders are checked in. After the event, there are lots or report options to held the accounting process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Auctria?

There is a learning curve when first using the program and can require some more extensive training with volunteers. Once a few bidders are entered, it becomes easier to pick up the flow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for also noting the ease in the checkout, there are a few options there once you have credit cards enabled: batch checkout out, bidders can self-checkout or email & text bidder statements with a payment link.

We know the sooner the funds come in the sooner you can do great things for the community.

What do you like best about Auctria?

It has just about every functionality you would need for an auction - from populating bid sheets to automatic sales tax calculator and much more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It isn't always intuitive and to figure certain things out can require some searching and testing (like determining who gets what email when) . Once you learn how to use it, it's great, but at first you don't even know what you don't know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lia, thanks for calling out the tracking metrics. We too agree that you need to know your numbers to make informed decisions. Thinking you are referring to the dashboard here as it gives real-time data on bidders, donors. Of course, tacking all income summaries that are easily drillable from the front page are our faves!

Thanks for calling our real-time updates on bidding. Biddes receive email notifications for outbid notices. For even action encourage bidders to use the Auctria mobile app, then notifications show up on a mobile device. The more bids that come in the higher the income!
