Lots of reports and analysis available to me. The dashboard is organized so well and I love that it is clickable. This year I created an auction website through Auctria and it was simple but looked great and worked perfectly. I have never made a website so it was amazing to have something so ready made. I was able to customize it for our own look and feel and tinker with settings so that the auction ran just the way we wanted. Our bidders loved it, too. Everything I need is there - custom bid sheets, mass emails, photo upload...and for a very reasonable price. **What do you dislike about Auctria?** Some of the advanced features are a little tricky to figure out but the customer service is second to none so I just ask for help. **Recommendations to others considering Auctria:** Since we ran our first auction with Auctria several years ago, I have never even looked at competing software. **What problems is Auctria solving and how is that benefiting you?** Auctria has helped us stay organized. Keeping track of items, donors and bidders is a big job and they make it very easy. This year we had to switch to online and Auctria made that SO easy. The support team at Auctria was incredibly responsive. **What do you dislike about Auctria?** Some of the custom functions were a bit difficult to implement. This was offset, however, by the excellent support from the Auctria team. **Recommendations to others considering Auctria:** We were very pleased with our online auction through Auctria. Our goals from a fundraising perspective were modest going in. We more than tripled the total dollars raised beyond what we thought was possible. **What problems is Auctria solving and how is that benefiting you?** Given the current reality with Covid-19, we needed to find an alternative to our annual fundraising event. We decided to attempt a video conference with an online auction. Additionally, I got great product support. The day after our auction (a Sunday!) I submitted a request via the help. I got a response within an hour that had debugged my issue and shown me how to solve the problem. **What do you dislike about Auctria?** One thing that I haven't figured out is how to create a joint statement to email when more than one person is checking out at the same time. You can get a overview of the combined checkout, but no seemingly a statement. To make this clear: I am being REALLY picky to say there is some thing I dislike. This is a great auction solution! **Recommendations to others considering Auctria:** Do it! Works great. You will need to spend some time with people showing them how to use the softare. Alternatively, there are good youtube videos **What problems is Auctria solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking our church auction. You have good videos although I like better the videos that teach and don't interact with the crowd, not the live learning videos. We average $50,000 raised per event. The software builds a website for your auction that manages bidders and items seamlessly. I love the donor webpage that auto-populates. Donors are simple to add. I also love that Auctria staff sets up a specific sponsor page for me annually (per my request). This auto-populates as sponsors are added, with photos and links. Snazzy! I am hesitant to go to online bidding but have masted paper bid sheets with Auctria. Our check-out team NAILED it this year with pre-registering cards. (We own 2 CC swipers to make this fast and seamless.) We had a great auction this year! **What do you dislike about Auctria?** Data entry is quite time consuming! We spend hours entering all the auction items. Also, bidder info does not "save" from event to event, but this might be unwise to auto-populate since bidder info changes. I am nervous to go to online bidding only. That's the goal for next year. The dashboard reflects item VALUES instead of INCOME, which can be misleading. The credit card fees are high, but expected. **Recommendations to others considering Auctria:** Use it! It's way more affordable than the alternatives! **What problems is Auctria solving and how is that benefiting you?** Auctria is the management system we use to run our annual Gala and auction. Without it, I would be (paying a fortune for alternative software or (2) Looking like amateurs trying to recreate its functionality in Excel. The dashboard shares our stats as we go. It was incredible in keeping all aspects of the silent and live auctions organized. It was user friendly and efficient. We saved so much time in being able to pre-register guests. It was nice to simply run all registered credit cards at the end of the event. In the past it was pain to track down auction winners after the event ended as we did not have contact information for all guests. **What do you dislike about Auctria?** There were certain parts of Auctria we had to adapt for our own purposes. Since I worked with a non-profit on this, it would have been nice to have a part more designated for a smaller group fundraiser. Maybe a non-profit version? There were a couple areas that didn't really apply to us. **What problems is Auctria solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a small arts and education based nonprofit, it is essential to develop and engage a strong donor base. Auctria makes this very easy and organized. The reports also made the data easy to access and made the payment process such a breeze.
