It is very intuitive. I already used employee feedback tools and gathered a lot of data. atwork captured this data and analysed it from their perspective before I used the AI-driven action recommendations. It helps me to challenge my ideas, create new ones. But mostly am I a fan of their action plans, with gives you a step-by-step guide and helps you tackling your problem. The software is advanced, and if the product can't cover it, the consultants and data scientists help you at hand.
