"Seamless Integration with Intuitive Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I find Attio to be quite an intuitive platform and it integrates very well with other tools, which makes it really useful for managing client contacts and ensuring my outbound efforts are on track. I love the simplicity of the integration process; it's seamless and pretty impressive, especially how it connects with emails and calendars, allowing for automation of workflow and creation of triggers. The initial setup was extremely easy, taking just ten minutes before it was ready to go, which is excellent. The platform's ease of use is similar to Excel but offers the functionality of tools like HubSpot. Overall, I've been impressed with how streamlined and stable the environment looks. What do you dislike about Attio?

I haven't necessarily had any negative aspects with Attio. I haven't yet seen how good it is with forecasting the pipeline and pulling in data. I'd like to see any kind of predictive modeling based on historic data. I haven't seen that yet with Attio, so maybe that would be an area that could be developed. "Customizable CRM that Outperforms Salesforce"
5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I like how Attio is much quicker than Salesforce in terms of assigning tasks and organizing deals, which makes it a way less manual process. I like how everything is customizable. We have added our own attributes that have the most relevance to us, like the commercial state of companies, to help sort deals by size in the funnel. Attio is also more customizable and cheaper than HubSpot, which makes us prefer it. Our setup process is going smoothly, and although it's a lot of work upfront, it will drastically improve our workflow going forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

The lists feature was not working as we expected. We cannot get it to sort out deals accurately enough to trust. We tried assigning SDR targets as a list and it is not accurately classifying those targets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Sales CRM but Lacks Workflow Flexibility"
3/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I like the workflow in Attio, how easy it is to create, and how it is easy to find. I appreciate how it helps me keep track of clients, as well as the ability to split workflows and create very detailed possibilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

I don't like the fact that the sequences are limited in what you can do from the workflow and how you can track them. The linking between the workflows and the sequences feels very disconnected. I would like more control over the sequences to see where a client is and to trigger something for workflow when they get to a certain point. Having the possibility to pause a sequence and continue at a certain time upon a different trigger would give more control over the email sequencing. The initial setup was a bit confusing and not really clear, even with templates available, which was a hurdle to grasp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful CRM with Rich Customization"
4/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I like having a central repository of all knowledge, allowing me to build custom objects and attributes that match how I think about my pipeline. The enrichment feature is solid as it fills in gaps without manual updates. The biggest workflow impact for me is being able to see the full history of a relationship at a glance without digging through emails. It keeps investor and customer outreach organized in one place rather than scattered across emails or spreadsheets, making it easy to track where each conversation is in the pipeline. It's very helpful when running multiple conversations in parallel because you can pick up things that have gone cold with full context. The initial setup of Attio was very easy. What do you dislike about Attio?

There's a lot to learn up front - it's a bit of a complex product I guess? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive CRM Interface with Seamless Setup"
4/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I think Attio has a very intuitive user interface. It's quite easy to understand, both at the company and contact level. I also like that you can enrich leads through external connections like Salesforce Navigator. It's really easy for me to upload contact information into the company level, and I find it convenient to integrate Sales Navigator and Attio to reach out to different stakeholders. The initial setup was very easy and simple, with a step-by-step guide that got me up and running quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

I think what we're looking into as well is to try and get an integration with an AI dialer like Aircall, for instance, so that we can, not only track emails, but also phone calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth UX and Powerful Deal Flow Organization with Attio"
5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I like how you can organise deal flows and have them displayed in a concise yet detailed way. The way attio also integrated with Gmail to take out the actionable the important notes is really helpful. Moreover, it feels like I am riding a smooth sail the way that I have a really smooth UX. And, the pricing is also competitive if not less to other providers out there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

Support and Onboarding part is very time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, Intuitive, and Flexible CRM with Exceptional Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

i like the fact that it is fast, clean, intuitive, and very flexible. I tis also very easy to implement.

Attio is very flexible and dynamic and it adapts to our business rather than us having to adapt to a set/fix CRM platform.

The support is great and the Attio team have been exceptional. Whether it’s quick support messages, detailed videos or guidance on structuring custom objects, they respond with speed and clarity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Tool with Engineer-Level Capabilities"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I like the flexibility of Attio; it feels like a sales team tool that has the capabilities of an engineer. The filters are very descriptive and more detailed than any other platform I've seen. Deals and roles are helpful to set up, and using MCP makes it very easy. The filters allow me to search not just by name but by using specific queries to filter out unnecessary results. Deals help categorize leads, prospects, or active deals effectively, and roles are useful in assigning deals and differentiating and attaching them to companies. The Claude code and MCP make everything fluid and enable easy automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

I wish there was more visibility into calls on our calendars, whether they happened or not. Also, the notetaker being an actual guest in our meetings is not ideal. We get a lot of feedback about having 2-3 notetakers, so maybe an invisible notetaker option would be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Easy-to-Use CRM with Powerful Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I appreciate Attio's very flexible CRM, which has good built-in automations and an even better ecosystem for creating my own integrations using the API. The use of webhooks has been pretty invaluable for syncing with our other CRM. Built-in integrations, sequences, and workflows are very easy to work with and give me confidence that non-technical users can make contributions. The API and webhooks are very helpful for syncing my industry-specific CRM and other data sources like Google Drive. The initial setup of Attio was a breeze, focusing on important stuff without much extra noise, making it very elegant to use. It's very convenient and helps us continue to work efficiently as a small team of about five people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

There are some limitations I found. I really like the idea of the meeting recorder. But, I'm hesitant to introduce, you know, a cumbersome kind of second person to my meetings. I found them reaching for other tools for that. Some of the integrations and sequencing stuff did kind of fall a little bit short of what I needed it for. But, again, I was able to work around those. "Flexible, Easy-to-Use CRM with Some Integration Hurdles"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I appreciate how Attio gives me good visibility and control over my pipeline, helping me to see the stage each deal is at. It's great that I can log notes on deals as well. I find Attio really easy to use because of its flexibility and dynamic nature. The user interface (UI) is very clear, and I love the simplicity that makes it easy to use. Attio has made a good impression on me as it's probably the first sales CRM I’ve used deeply. I love the ease of use and how dynamic it is, allowing me to create many fields. I think it's a brilliant tool, and I'd rate it highly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

I feel like Attio could integrate with more tools. Direct integrations would be great because sometimes I've struggled to connect it to particular tools. Currently, a lot is possible through Zapier, but it's not always easy. Also, I think the reporting could be a lot more granular. It's decent at the moment, but it definitely could be better.
