## Attio Reviews
 ### 1. Fast, Low-Friction CRM with Real-Time Visibility and Automatic Enrichment

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frank W. | Business Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

As an SDR at Vega, what I like best about Attio is how little it gets in my way. Enrichment happens automatically, so I’m not burning time looking up company details before a call — the data’s just there. Logging notes, updating deal stages, and moving leads through the pipeline takes seconds instead of clicks-deep menu digging, which means more of my day actually goes toward talking to prospects instead of babysitting a CRM. And since everything updates in real time, I can see the second a teammate touches an account, so I’m never duplicating outreach or stepping on a deal that’s already in motion. For someone doing high-volume outbound, that speed and visibility make a real difference.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Honestly, a few things slow me down. Reporting and analytics still feel a bit thin compared to bigger CRMs like Salesforce — if I want a deeper breakdown of my call-to-meeting conversion by segment, I sometimes have to piece it together manually or export to a spreadsheet. The mobile experience isn’t as polished as the desktop app, so it’s harder to update records on the fly between meetings. Some of the more advanced automation and sequencing features also feel newer and less battle-tested, so I’ve run into the occasional workflow that doesn’t trigger quite right. And since Attio is still growing fast, documentation and support response times can lag behind actual product changes, so I sometimes have to poke around or ask teammates instead of finding a quick answer myself.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio is solving the “CRM as a chore” problem for me. Before, keeping data clean meant constant manual entry — updating contact info, tracking who touched which account, remembering to log calls. Attio automates a lot of that through enrichment and activity syncing, so the data stays accurate without me babysitting it. That directly benefits me because I spend less time on admin and more time actually prospecting and talking to leads, which is what actually moves my numbers.

It’s also solving a visibility problem across the team. Since everything updates in real time, I always know the current status of an account

 ### 2. Solid Integrations but Needs UI Improvements

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew H. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really appreciate the integration with Cloud Code and how it enables me to build automations via a robust API. Attio's Mailchimp integration is also a big plus for me. I find it helps keep things organized, and I enjoy the email sequences feature, which makes reaching out to leads easier. Attio allows me to use the tool in multiple different ways, which is something I find quite valuable.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I feel the UI and some of the native integrations, like the Calendly integration, could be improved. I also found the initial setup somewhat complex because there wasn't a good guide, but I was able to figure it out eventually.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to integrate with cloud code through a robust API, allowing us to build automations. The Mailchimp integration and the ability to reach out to leads easily also help me keep things organized.

 ### 3. Streamlined, User-Friendly CRM for Growing Teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olga G. | Global Audience Insights Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really appreciate the simplicity of the interface in Attio and the flexibility of the tools, along with chat-based AI features. It's kind of like a build-what-you'd-like-it-to-be structure, which suits my needs well. Compared to something like Salesforce, where each page is overwhelmed with information, Attio offers easy access on all pages, which is a big plus for me. I think the simplicity and good structure are what serve me best.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

At the moment, I think the variety of views would be helpful. In terms of the layouts for each page. I'm still in the early stages of my usage, so I have not identified any blatant blank spots but yeah, I think perhaps more customization ways, without it costing simplicity, it would be great.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for organizing the pipeline across potential and current customers. It centralizes all the knowledge around deals and individual clients and supports note-taking for ongoing client support.

 ### 4. User-Friendly CRM with Easy Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda G. | Print and Digital Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like Attio's ease of use, which makes my tasks in sales much simpler. I also appreciate the ability to easily customize attributes and import contacts. Working in the Mortgage lending space, I found it really helpful that I could add fields specific for banking and import data into those fields directly from lists I already had. Setting up Attio was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The task view on a Deal is frustrating because you can't see the entire sentence without opening up the task. It would be much easier if I could see more of the task information at a glance without clicking into each one.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to track progress on deals, follow-ups, email sequences, and reporting. It's easy to customize attributes and import contacts, which helps me in the mortgage lending space by adding banking-specific fields and importing data from existing lists.

 ### 5. AI-forward CRM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

Attio is an AI-forward CRM. Their connections and technological features make it much easier for an AI-native/tech-forward thinking company to interlink their systems with the CRM, especially with the rise of AI agents. Their dashboard is clean and refined and although the CRM takes some time to load, I am happy for their quick support times (especially in the chat and the support center) along with the market-rate user costs

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

A downside of Attio is that the contacts feature uploads all possible contacts into the system, leading to a multitude of contacts that are not neccessary in a sales-context. To clean this up is a major act of labor. Along with that, the dashboard is quite slower compared to competitors.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio provides the API support and technological links that are required for an AI-native company to thrive. Without it, workflows would be ruined as other incumbents don't have the similar support and Attio's workflows and sequences are wellbuilt.

 ### 6. Fast, Flexible CRM That Stays Out of Your Way

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

It doesn’t feel like you’re “working in a system” the whole time. Instead, it feels like you’re simply keeping track of relationships and momentum in a way that actually matches how people sell.

It’s fast and flexible, and it doesn’t force you into rigid pipelines or fields that don’t make sense for the way you work. You can shape it around your process, rather than having to change your process to fit the tool.

And maybe the biggest thing is that it feels alive. Your data isn’t just sitting there—it updates, connects, and reflects what’s really happening in your deals and relationships, without you constantly fighting the system.

It’s one of those tools that quietly gets out of your way, which is rare for CRMs.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The least helpful part of Attio is that it can feel a bit too flexible at the start.

Because it doesn’t force you into a rigid structure like traditional CRMs, you can end up spending a bit of time figuring out how you want it to work before it really clicks. If you’re someone who just wants a “ready-made system out of the box,” that openness can feel like friction at first.

It also doesn’t hold your hand much—so things like setup, defining your own views, or deciding how you want to track relationships are on you rather than being prescribed.

The trade-off is that once you do set it up, it becomes much more aligned with how you actually work—but that initial “blank canvas” phase can feel like the weakest part.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio is solving a pretty specific problem: most CRMs are built around systems and reporting, not around how modern relationships and deals actually work.

In practice, that mismatch creates a few frustrations that Attio directly addresses:

First, CRMs often feel rigid and outdated. Traditional tools push you into predefined pipelines, fields, and workflows that don’t always match reality. Attio helps by letting you shape the CRM around how you actually sell, not the other way around. The result is less “fighting the system” and more simply getting work done.

Second, data tends to get messy or disconnected. In many CRMs, contact data, company info, and deal activity end up scattered across records, or they go stale quickly. Attio keeps things more fluid and connected, so your account context reflects what’s happening right now—not whatever someone last updated months ago.

Third, CRMs can feel heavy and admin-driven. A lot of tools turn into data-entry systems instead of something that genuinely supports sales. Attio feels lighter and faster, so it’s closer to managing relationships than filling out forms, which makes it more likely you’ll actually use it consistently.

Fourth, it’s hard to adapt as your process evolves. When your GTM motion changes, most CRMs become painful to reconfigure. Attio is flexible enough to evolve with you, so you’re not stuck rebuilding everything or pulling in ops support every time your process shifts.

The benefit, in human terms, is pretty simple: day to day, you spend less time maintaining your CRM and more time actually understanding deals and relationships. It becomes a system that supports your thinking instead of slowing it down.

 ### 7. Attio’s Effective AI Agent for a New Hire

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bryan D. | Marketing Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

It’s the AI Agent and its ability to navigate across different data sources, such as emails (not only mine, but from multiple users in the workspace). It also does a good job of gathering extra information when needed. Sometimes Attio even creates the record for you. For example, when you enter a new company, it will research it, connect it to the domain, and provide a description. I've also used it with the Claude integration and that honestly makes the operations much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The AI sometimes has limitation which I think are unnecessary like not being able to create a note. Another thing, it could be more about competition and stuff I'm guessing but It would be nice if y'all head a connection with Apollo or had some way to enrich the data of contacts put it. I think that would improve the overall performance and quality of the CRM content and personalization

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was hired recently as a marketing data analyst, and one of my many responsibilities is improving connections and outreach, identifying potential deals, and acting on current ones. One way Attio has supported me in being more productive is by giving me a quick way to reference all of that through their AI Agent. Attio also keeps everything neatly organized, and the UI lets you switch views so you can experiment with different filters and columns on your own without messing up anyone else’s setup

 ### 8. Top-notch UI/UX and flexible data model, with AI that boosts the CRM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaio A. | Membre, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

The flexibility of the data model and the UI/UX are really high quality, allowing for excellent usability for sales. On the integration side, progress is fast: we are gradually obtaining the desired tools.

And not to forget the biggest feature, the AI, which enhances the use of the CRM and data exploitation.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

This is not at all marketing-oriented, and the Workflows operate with a credit system, which forces us to use external tools like n8n.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The handling and adoption of the tool by the Sales teams, as well as the simplicity of implementing the CRM, have had a direct impact on daily execution and have strengthened the team's productivity.

 ### 9. Awesome Ask Attio, Strong Integrations, and a Modern, Easy-to-Use CRM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

The ask attio feature is awesome. It is like having chat GPT in your CRM. Pricing doesnt break the bank. Support and onboarding for smaller teams is a bit unlikely, they did not help set up anything and only gave us the attio 101 course. Integrations are strong, we use clay and aircall as our dashboard. UX is easy to navigate and modern touch which I like. Performance is solid as well

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

When we first started getting going, we didn't do anything on it for three months because we didn't know how to build lists. We didn't know how to set attributes. It's a unique tool where it's not like a typical Salesforce or HubSpot CRM so we really had to get used to changing our business model around that. I didn't think that the client support was great at all.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a small and lean team and we have lots of meetings. What's nice is to summarize the meeting with the Ask Attio to transcribe all of our calls and keep things centrally logged. That way nothing slips through the cracks

 ### 10. Efficient CRM with Robust Filtering, Pricey But Worth It

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bobbi N. | Head of People, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like that Attio makes it easy to filter and see different views, which is really helpful despite having a large number of customers there. I can filter down to relevant ones by different verticals. Since we run different outreach campaigns based on industries or company sizes, these features help narrow down which collection of companies we need to reach out to. The initial setup of Attio was pretty easy, which was a plus.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

It's pretty expensive for what we use it for. And it doesn't fully integrate into every other tool that we use.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to keep track of current and potential customers and manage our top funnel pipeline. It's easy to filter and view different customer segments, helping us run targeted outreach campaigns effectively.

 ### 11. AI-Driven Efficiency with Room for UI Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the AI integrations in Attio that allow me to prompt all of this information, making it easy to keep tabs on all the founders and prospects within our network. The platform's AI native components and flexibility were key reasons for our switch from Affinity. I appreciate being able to seamlessly integrate Attio with AI tools like Claude and Town, which gives us all the context on the work we're doing and the people we're meeting with.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think Attio works pretty well for us, though the user interface could use a little bit of improvement, and it could do a better job of tracking event-related information. We have integrated Attio with Luma Plus to track event attendance, which adds another layer of people information that's incredibly important to our firm. That integration is built by a third party, and it would be great if Attio had a native Luma Plus integration and a more thoughtful flow around event information and attendance. The initial setup was medium to hard and required us to hire a consultant to seamless map our data from Affinity to Attio, which involved standard data cleanup, due to the volume of information we had in Affinity.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a central source for all our people information and meeting context that integrates with AI tools like Claude and Town, which Attio provides. It helps keep tabs on founders in our network and ensures our team has context on all prospects.

 ### 12. Simplistic UX with Data Aggregation Benefits, Needs More User Appeal

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like that Attio helps with data aggregation on calls and connecting the dots over a multi-month timeframe. The UX UI is pretty simplistic, which I appreciate because it contributes to ease of use. Another great thing about Attio is the MC layer that allows us to connect to Claude. This feature has been very helpful for our sales team in digesting data and extrapolating key insights. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty straightforward, enabling us to see the value without much friction. I also see potential in Attio ideally taking over HubSpot.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I find that Attio could improve in making the functionality more intuitive, so that it feels natural and integrated into the workflow without causing friction. Currently, there's a need for stronger functionality to really give salespeople a compelling reason to use Attio over other options. The interface, while visually appealing, could be more purposeful in its design to support ease of use and encourage adoption. During the AI experience, I felt that the process was choppy, with the AI cutting me off, which made it challenging to share my thoughts smoothly.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for data aggregation on calls, connecting the dots over months. It integrates seamlessly with our MC layer and Claude, helping my sales team digest data and extrapolate insights efficiently.

 ### 13. Fluid Interface, Lacks Some Key Functions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthias B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I particularly like the fact that Attio's data model is of excellent quality and allows me to describe all the objects I handle very smoothly. This is one of the major strengths for me. Additionally, the user interface is very smooth and the automatic saving of all emails works really well. I also appreciate that the screens flow well and the ability to customize all the fields, which is really interesting.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There are some really important features missing that seem essential to me for a CRM, such as the ability to record calls. You can't just record a call, for example, when you've called a client. You have to make a note instead. This kind of thing is surprising, especially when coming from HubSpot.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio solves the organization of my contacts. I appreciate the smooth user interface and the automatic saving of emails. The customization of fields is interesting.

 ### 14. Streamlined CRM with Useful Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mason A. | Growth Equity Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like Attio for our multi-entity company setup because it allows us to easily switch between different subsidiaries. Each team member can access specific sections, making it efficient for managing customer and prospect profiles. I appreciate the ability to set specific owners and deal team members to each company profile, which streamlines our process. I also really like that Attio integrates well with different data stripping software, like Harmonic, making the pulled information very useful. The initial setup was easy for us.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think maybe past history with the company, like emails and things could maybe integrate with different software better. Sometimes the emails that have happened in the past with other people don't always pull into Attio. And it's hard to see exactly what had been going on because many of the details are locked. If you could just see, like, who responded or just tell if there was a relationship with the company or just be able to get a little bit more information, that'd be really helpful.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to solve typical CRM problems. It's great for multi-entity companies, allowing easy switching between subsidiaries and team access to specific sections. It saves time by quickly finding information on prospects and integrates well with Harmonic to format data usefully.

 ### 15. Streamlined Deal Management with Easy Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I find Attio very helpful for managing business development activities. It aggregates information for all business development managers, allowing them to keep track of deals and share them internally. I like that it's connected very well with other software like cloud services, Granola, and even automatically integrates with Google, Gmail, and my notes, adding notes to relevant companies and people. The automation tools are quite helpful and save a lot of time. I appreciate the user experience, which allows me to interact without having to use the interface directly, as it's more like a database that's easy to work with using Slack and Cloud Code. It's like a query engine, which automates the searching process, so I don't have to manually search for deals.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I would say the interface is a bit messy. It feels like a combination of Notion and Jira. I think making the interface a bit less informative would be helpful.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to manage people and reduce information fragmentation. It aggregates data for business development managers, allowing us to work on, track, and share deals more efficiently. Its automation and integrations with tools like Slack, Cloud, Granola, and Gmail streamline operations.

 ### 16. Flexible, Low-Touch AI-First CRM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like the UI/UX and customizability of Attio. It's very flexible and lets me tailor views, fields, and workflows to how our team actually works, rather than forcing us into a rigid structure. What stands out most is how "zero touch" it feels as an AI-first CRM—it handles a lot of the data entry and enrichment automatically, so I spend less time on manual upkeep and more time actually using the data.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Workflows and automation are tedious. You end up having to write very complex flows even for basic automation. For example, making a stage change require certain checks turns into a complicated workflow.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a CRM that takes as little time away from selling from our sales reps as possible.

 ### 17. Flexible CRM with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like Attio because it's flexible and easy to use and navigate. We have various teams all using it, and it's all in a simple interface where we can easily manage our contacts, track deals, and create custom lists for various tracking purposes like active customers vs. prospects and inbound tracking.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I don't like the limitations with call recordings. We use them currently, but we're limited in how we can leverage the outputs. It would be great if they could change fields, like capturing instances when a prospect mentions competitors they're evaluating. Making the recordings parseable and able to auto-update account and contact level fields would be a huge improvement.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio manages our contacts, tracks deals, and lets us create custom lists for tracking various things. It's flexible and easy to use, with a simple interface our teams can navigate easily.

 ### 18. Easy Deployment, but Needs Email Integration Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David M. | VP Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like that Attio was very easy to deploy and get going. Having used Salesforce before, Attio is much simpler than going through an entire Salesforce implementation. I was able to take our contacts and upload them via spreadsheets easily, and the Attio implementation & support team worked very closely with us to get started. The initial implementation was relatively easy, and the support team was quite helpful in getting us going. Sync'd our email conversations automatically is a bug plus. Tracking our pipeline is very easy.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Dealing with the email syncs was a little confusing initially. Had to go through a number of iterations with the support team to enable syncing just those emails that we wanted and not have every single email in our respective inboxes. In addition, we use Mailchimp, and while there's integration that pushes contacts from Attio to Mailchimp, there is no way to have the emails we send out from Mailchimp captured within the Attio CRM.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to track our customers, prospects (and our ongoing convos w/them), and media contacts, making it easy to keep track of email communications and active deals with ongoing prospects.

 ### 19. AI-Powered CRM with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan A. | Head of Sales, Emergency Food, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the simple interface and UI of Attio, even though there's a learning curve, it's fairly intuitive. I really enjoy the lists and views for each object, which keep different business channels, customers, and my last interactions organized. My favorite part is how built-in the AI features are; I love how it preps me for meetings and drafts email sequences. The automations are great, helping me send emails to customers about upcoming calls. It's like having a couple of assistants for my small sales team. The powerful filters and sorting in the CRM are very helpful, allowing team members to find data quickly.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I wish there was an app for my computer since I keep it open all the time. It's a little clunky for me to find the browser tab since I have a lot of tabs open so I constantly find myself just opening a new tab with Attio and have multiple ones going at once. There are some features of the AI that I'd like to see improved - it doesn't remember certain things for me about my company unless I create a record of my company and add a note with our sales messaging and background. I wish you could just say 'remember this' and it will for the next time. I'm hoping that as I use it the language for the draft emails improves. I also wish it could draft an email and send it within an existing Gmail thread instead of creating a new one. And lastly, I wish Attio had a feature to track if an email was opened by the recipient. It was challenging to switch to be honest. The import tool had some issues and I had to do a lot of clean-up.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio automates admin tasks, ensuring nothing is forgotten and helps organize our CRM with powerful filters and sorted lists. It keeps my small team on track by handling details like emailing leads, prepping for meetings, and managing lead pipelines efficiently.

 ### 20. Efficient CRM with Room for Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the view in Attio and that I can modify datasets without having to click into a particular link. Unlike other CRMs, where I have to open the actual record to make changes, Attio allows me to modify records from a dashboard or a zoomed-out view. This capability lets me look at multiple data points at once without needing to switch between tabs or adjust filters repeatedly.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Some of the filtering isn't quite working for me, and I'm not sure if that's just our iteration. I'd like to be able to create more custom dashboards a little bit simpler. I'm also unsure if Attio is robust enough for complex use cases or if it has comprehensive outreach capabilities.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps me track deal cycles and identify outreach targets. I like the view and the ability to modify datasets without clicking into each record, saving time by seeing multiple data points at once.

 ### 21. Intuitive CRM with Room for More Business Insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam M. | Volunteer Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I love the UX/UI of Attio. Its filters are very helpful as a first review process for potential companies to invest in. The different filters and groups make organizing a CRM and data as a large business easy.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think there could be more options for metrics or information on the business. Instead of having to click onto a different software to figure out if the business is B2B, if it was included that would be nice. The business description could be better in terms of what sectors the business is in, as there are too many listed and can be annoying to understand. Having to use Pitchbook to fetch more information is a little bit of a hassle.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio as a CRM for generating leads. Its filters help in reviewing potential companies to invest in, and it makes organizing CRM and data easy with different filters and groups.

 ### 22. Intuitive, Economical, and Excellent Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pasqualino D. | Technical Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

Attio's support is well done and always provides feedback for requests made promptly, often within the day. I also appreciate the good documentation available, which makes it possible to learn how to use the software independently without necessarily having to attend formal courses, thanks also to some tutorial videos available. Furthermore, the product is quite intuitive and offers high potential.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There are some areas for improvement related to certain indicators that need to be constructed with complex formulas. It is necessary to work on these indicators for those who use Attio intensively. Additionally, having some KPIs at first glance when opening certain pages would be useful. I believe these elements are still on the roadmap. It might also be useful to have some more advanced dashboards.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio automates the management of the pipeline, integrates marketing with sales and technical, and organizes information with tags to work on prospects and leads effectively.

 ### 23. Flexible, Modern, Yet Needs More AI Enhancement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas N. | Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio to manage our entire pipeline, and it's our source of truth for data. I think it's cleaner and much more flexible than Salesforce. It's more modern, which is great. I really like their AI features. While I think they could use some work, they've been pretty good. The AI chat has been really helpful when I need to input pieces of data. Using AI has been a lifesaver for us. I also found the initial setup easy.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think there needs to be a better MCP connector. There are definitely some limitations on the things that we can use it for. I also wish it was a little more opinionated. There's a kind of mix of lack of structure, but also structure at the same time. Either more opinionated or just pure flexibility, I think, would be really amazing. The initial setup is easy but trying to set it up in an optimal way is a little tricky. Data migration and not having clean data is not the easiest thing. It's a little too much manual work on our end to figure out what the right process is.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to manage our entire pipeline. It's our source of truth for data, providing a much cleaner and more flexible solution than previous tools like Salesforce.

 ### 24. Intuitive CRM with Great Support team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tzlil G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I find Attio very easy to use, with its intuitive design allowing me to work with the system quickly. The implementation process was straightforward and fast; it reads through emails and calendar invites, making it simple to start using from the first week. I also appreciate the very good support and onboarding team available to answer every question we have. Additionally, Attio integrates well with tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, MixMax, and CircleBack, which enhances its usability for managing our CRM effectively.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Since the system is pretty young, there are some things that are still pending as feature requests, like deleting a CSV once uploaded or having mandatory fields such as a reason to decline a deal. I feel the need for more features to ease daily use.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to keep track of relationships and manage our pipeline effectively.

 ### 25. Powerful CRM with Rich Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dillon H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like having a central repository of all knowledge, allowing me to build custom objects and attributes that match how I think about my pipeline. The enrichment feature is solid as it fills in gaps without manual updates. The biggest workflow impact for me is being able to see the full history of a relationship at a glance without digging through emails. It keeps investor and customer outreach organized in one place rather than scattered across emails or spreadsheets, making it easy to track where each conversation is in the pipeline. It's very helpful when running multiple conversations in parallel because you can pick up things that have gone cold with full context. The initial setup of Attio was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There's a lot to learn up front - it's a bit of a complex product I guess?

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio organizes investor and customer outreach, tracks pipeline status, and provides a central repo of knowledge. Custom objects and enrichment fill gaps, making it easy to pick up cold conversations with full context.

 ### 26. Intuitive CRM Interface with Seamless Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fredrik S. | Advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I think Attio has a very intuitive user interface. It's quite easy to understand, both at the company and contact level. I also like that you can enrich leads through external connections like Salesforce Navigator. It's really easy for me to upload contact information into the company level, and I find it convenient to integrate Sales Navigator and Attio to reach out to different stakeholders. The initial setup was very easy and simple, with a step-by-step guide that got me up and running quickly.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think what we're looking into as well is to try and get an integration with an AI dialer like Aircall, for instance, so that we can, not only track emails, but also phone calls.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to build and segment accounts, making it easy to populate company info and organize everything in one place. The intuitive interface helps enrich leads through connections like Salesforce Navigator, enhancing our ability to target multiple stakeholders effortlessly.

 ### 27. User-Friendly Interface Boosts Workflow, But Improvements Needed

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anezka M. | Agent Builder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like Attio because it's quite user-friendly and the interface is very clean. I can navigate through it quickly, and it's not slow, which makes my workflow quicker. I also appreciate being able to query whatever I want, which is helpful instead of finding things myself. Additionally, the notetaker feature in Attio helps because I don't need to draft meeting or action items manually, and it does a pretty good job with that.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think in the deal section and generally that workspace, I find it a little bit cluttered and it can be very overwhelming when there's a lot of information there. So I think that workspace can be improved.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to create email templates and pull email addresses from Gmail threads, which is very helpful. It also helps me identify all email addresses linked to a client or company.

 ### 28. Flexible and Intuitive, but Needs Better Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryanvir S. | Chief Customer Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like that Attio is a very simple UX/UI tool to use, making it not complicated to get started or messy to set up. It's not as rigid as some other CRM tools, which I appreciate. I really like that I am able to find objects and fields myself and build it out. I also enjoy being able to be flexible with the pipelines or lists I build out. Attio integrates with so many other solutions and tools, and I like that too.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Attio could improve by better integrating with mass emailing and tracking click rates and open rates. It would be beneficial if it included some marketing tools for sending segmented communications and integrated more effectively with other tools like Intercom. The setup of native workflows is quite simple, and I don't like the credit system for workflows since other CRMs don't charge for this feature. Additionally, the customer success team wasn't very good. After the initial kickoff call, there were no follow-up communications to schedule the other planned calls, which was really disappointing. I felt like I was learning as I go without much support.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to send and track customer communications, segment lists flexibly, and manage implementation stages effectively.

 ### 29. Easy to Use from Day 1 and Seamless Claude Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the integration into Claude and the ease of use from Day 1, it has been a very useful CRM for our smaller company

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I wish it had more ways to customize the views and truly make it customizable to what we want to see. Also easier pre-programs sequences and workflows based on the indsutry your in would be great

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us operate at a higher level and organize our pipeline and provide reminders to help us optimize our follow ups and drive additional revenue for the company in the long run

 ### 30. Streamlined Our CRM with User-Friendly Attio

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I use Attio mostly for tracking my customer interactions, and it helps me make my work more organized. I like that it keeps everything in one place, so I don't have to switch to different tools, which saves me time managing my work more efficiently. It's user-friendly and makes it easy to organize everything I need, like contacts. We switched from another CRM, and the transition was smooth and flexible, and it didn't take long for our team to start. I'd rate it an 8 out of 10 and recommend it because it's user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think it could improve more on making some advanced features, it will be a big help.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to track customer interactions, organize my work, save time with everything in one place, and manage my work more efficiently.

 ### 31. Flexible CRM with Strong Automation, Needs Workflow Improvements

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rose L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like how you can build workflows and how intuitive it is to move people from different pipelines. I also like how you can create custom attributes to filter things according to the needs of your business or product lines. I really like that you can divide things by products by adding custom attributes. I like that it keeps everything organized, and by clicking a little search button, you can quickly find anything you need. I also appreciate the intelligence feature that helps with briefing and provides summaries before calls if needed.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think there should be an option to search a record, whether it’s a company or people that is at a certain stage or in a column. That would make a big difference. Also, improving the workflows is needed. Sometimes, for example, I tried creating a workflow to manually select people from a list to enroll them in a sequence, but it kept saying I couldn't. Making the workflows more intuitive and actually work for Atio's customer's needs would be beneficial. Another thing missing is connecting to a lead gen service to find emails and contact info, so everything remains within Attio without needing external platforms.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps me keep track of leads, organize prospect information, and filter by specific characteristics, saving a lot of time. It assists with bespoke deals and keeps everything organized while allowing quick access to needed information.

 ### 32. Effortless CRM Management with Attio

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like using Attio because it makes navigation simple, with only a few areas to manage, and the data entry and manipulation grids are easy to handle. I appreciate that reporting is generally clean and easy to analyze, providing a clear view of the entire pipeline in a much neater way. It's convenient to have all customer and prospect data organized in one place.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The user experience of building reports is a bit challenging. Could be simplified further for the layman. Also, the initial setup took longer than expected due to Zapier integration challenges, although it was a new experience for us.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio organizes our sales pipeline and customer data, providing a clear view of opportunities and a neater pipeline compared to our previous messy, scattered data in HubSpot.

 ### 33. Intuitive Pipeline Management with Attio

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark L. | Director of Sales and Business Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like Attio for its good UI & UX, which they've clearly thought through well. I find it very intuitive for most actions. Customising the data model is also very simple (although grouping would be nice here). I also appreciate the visibility it provides on the whole pipeline, and being able to use their API to store and enrich leads throughout the process.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Not having a formula type cell is a killer. As a staple of spreadsheets it's really missing here and using workflow to circumvent it is painful. The pricing is also a bit steep with the typical per-user pricing and a lot of basic stuff in the top tier.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for visibility on the whole sales pipeline and utilizing their API to store, enrich leads, and follow them through the process.

 ### 34. Useful CRM with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I appreciate that Attio helps me keep track of my clients and follow up with them, which assists in doing better sales in general. I'm generally quite happy with Attio, how it works, etcetera. Having an integration with Outlook is quite nice and I find it useful.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I don't like that Attio requires the latest version of iOS on my iPhone, which is a limitation for me since I don't have the newest device. Updating to the latest iOS would drain my battery, and the only solution is to buy a new iPhone, which is kind of a bummer. Additionally, the database in Attio does not provide a search bar, which would help me quickly look up clients and improve workflow. Also, I find it less convenient that using Attio with Outlook always opens a new thread instead of continuing in the same discussion with clients. Lastly, Attio lacks a native integration for WhatsApp, which would be very helpful for my client interactions, as other tools like Fog have that feature.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to keep track of my clients and follow up on them. It helps me do better sales overall.

 ### 35. Simplicity and Customization at Its Best

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David B. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like Attio for its simplicity and intuitive design, which makes it very easy to use. It's effortless to create attributes and set up workflows, which is really important to me. The platform is highly customizable but remains clear and almost self-explanatory. I also appreciate that it only takes a couple of clicks to achieve what I'm trying to do. The setup was very easy and straightforward, with nothing to complain about. I also enjoy how Attio integrates with tools like Zapier and Claude, which helps me manage my customer data better.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Nothing in particular that I can think about.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to manage and organize a large volume of customer data, making it more understandable and easier to analyze. It helps me see clearer in my data and set workflows to better manage information.

 ### 36. Promising CRM with Great AI but Needs Better Setup and Integration Clarity

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like the design of Attio and its AI capability. I think there's a long way for it to go, but having the system already in place is important. Attio allows us to grow and do things quicker, which is great because we are short on time. It helps us do more with the time that we've got.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think the Attio chat is not quite up to par. I'm not sure how the credits are used; they're quite ambiguous on how many credits get used for the chat. I also would like the chat to be more capable, almost like the Zapier chat, which can do things for you. I'd like it to be solving problems and also able to find things like duplicates in the CRM. The initial setup took a lot of time, and while I've been able to get my head around it reasonably easily, it's been a learning curve. It still has a few teething problems.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio solves relationship management and note-taking issues. It sends tasks to us, instead of us chasing them, and its integrated AI helps us quickly find information like addresses and stock, boosting our efficiency.

 ### 37. Usable CRM with Room for Improvement in Integrations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Agustin A. | Head of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I find Attio to be fairly user-friendly compared to HubSpot or Salesforce, even though there's still some work needed on its intuitiveness, it's probably the most user-friendly among the tools I've used. It's great from an automation perspective, handling most of the basic tasks pretty well. As a sales operations and tracking tool, it's pretty good, especially in terms of data enrichment, which saves me from having to use other enrichment tools. Additionally, I appreciate that updating attributes for leads and deals, as well as managing workflows and sequences, is pretty easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There's not enough in terms of native integrations with fairly basic tools. You can connect to a lot of different tools, but usually through webhooks or custom-built setups, which is lacking compared to Salesforce or HubSpot. Workflow building can be a bit complex for beginners, presenting a fairly steep learning curve. You might need help or guidance from their services or customer support to do what you're trying to do.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to track our sales cycle, manage leads and deals, automate sales operations, and integrate tools for lead generation. It's user-friendly compared to others, simplifies updates, and offers valuable data enrichment.

 ### 38. AI-Driven CRM with Intuitive UI, Needs Better Reporting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carolyn P. | Strategy & Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the AI-native capabilities of Attio, which make it easy to integrate with our homegrown AI bot. Our GTM team can prompt updates directly from Slack through our AI bot, which is really convenient. The UI is great, especially the inline editing and the ease of creating views, and it's a significant step above Salesforce. I also appreciate the workflow editor that supports pipeline hygiene and alerting, which helps keep everything organized.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Reporting and dashboarding is pretty limited - for example, there's no way to add text blocks or other descriptors to reports. The types of reports are pretty limited as well. Attio has a good set of native integrations to other tools, but there are still some gaps, especially in terms of native integration with other cutting edge GTM systems like Unify. I wish I could do things like organize a Deal view into sections, make some fields required or locked, and enforce stage progression.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio for sales and lead management, tracking deals across stages, managing emails and leads, and integrating with other systems to get full account context.

 ### 39. Flexible CRM with AI Integration and Room for Email Tool Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I love that Attio is flexible, lightweight, and more user-friendly than its larger competitors. I've really loved how I can use it with AI like Claude code, making it easier to perform bulk actions or find information without logging into the platform on my browser. Now that we've gotten the hang of it, it's been relatively easy to create new visuals of data we want to display.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I would love if there was a better email tool. I use a separate email tool for marketing emails that I want to be nicely styled and branded. Basically, a fully customizable UI for emails. The setup was a little tricky, but now that we've gotten the hang of it, it's been relatively easy to create new visuals of data we want to display.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio provides a single source of truth for managing companies, leads, and customers. It tracks everything with lists and dashboards, making deal management straightforward and efficient.

 ### 40. User-Friendly Platform, Needs Advanced Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hélène v. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like that Attio is user-friendly and quite easy to navigate, which makes it simple to manage our investment process from radar to approval. It's getting more flexible in terms of access and security, which is a big plus. I find it convenient to hold all our relationships with investments in one platform, making it easy to find emails and see who contacted whom. The integration with Granola to get meeting notes directly on the platform is handy. Creating attributes to better structure our data is straightforward, and the tool really helps in taking a structured view of our investments. Setting it up was very easy, and despite the time it took to migrate our data, it was ultimately a great experience. I appreciate the ease with cards and workflows that make the platform attractive compared to building from scratch like in Notion.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

We are missing some integration. For example with Pitchbook + AI agents. The dream like for Notion, would be to be able to extract what we talk about in conversations. For example extract companies mentioned in our meetings and get them in a table where we can draw from Pitchbook the most up to date information. We want to create rules with agents that go beyond the very basic integrations, we can make now.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to streamline our investment process, easily manage relationships, track communications, and structure data. It's user-friendly, flexible in access and security, and integrates notes, improving our investment view.

 ### 41. Intuitive CRM with Seamless Google Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like the ease of use with Attio; you don't have to be a technological genius to use the system. It's very basic and intuitive for moving around the platform.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I think some of the icons could be made a little more visual. So that you have a visual representation of what you're looking to do versus just the words. And the nomenclatures that are out there. So adding some visual aspects, I think, would be very helpful.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps us solve delays in responding to customers, manage customer activity, email clients, and document their progress through the pipeline. It keeps us updated on marketing campaigns and ensures our customers are informed about our solutions.

 ### 42. Flexible CRM with Clean UI and Smooth Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wout P. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like Attio's flexibility, which lets me create exactly what I need in terms of workflows and data properties. The clean UI makes it faster to update records, encouraging me to do it more often. It's very easy to set up, and it integrates smoothly with my Google Workspace.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I guess it would be nicer to segment deals into 2 types that can be shown in separate dashboards all of the time, but I've solved that through having separate objects.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps manage who to reach out to, suggests next steps, and automates our free trial flow. Its flexibility lets me create what I need in workflows and data properties, and the clean UI makes updating records faster and more frequent.

 ### 43. Streamlined Deal Management with Initial Setup Friction

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nina S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really like how Attio is structured, allowing me to manage all of the deals and see who is working on what. It connects everything into a company record and is really clean from a reporting perspective, which is very useful.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There was some initial friction in setting it up, but once my team invested the time, it was a smooth transition. I wonder if there are better ways to support getting people off of their legacy tools. We had to create a doc and do Loom videos, and kind of force the teams to do it, to avoid duplicating data in multiple spots.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio streamlines tracking and improves visibility with better dashboards, connecting deals to internal data. It's a clean source for contracts and pipeline reviews, offering high data quality for finance and legal. It also enforces data hygiene and centralizes actions for improved reporting.

 ### 44. Powerful API Capabilities, Room for UI Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nic P. | Principal, Venture Capital & Private Equity, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like Attio for its open APIs. They provide great connectivity with AI solutions, which is key these days. The breadth and openness of these APIs, allowing me to edit all fields, objects, lists, etc., is critical.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The search function could be improved, and filtering feels clunky. The user interface can get cumbersome, especially around custom objects. Having to rename fields every time a new view is created is annoying. Auto enrichment is a bit slow sometimes. The initial setup was okay but involved a lot of messy transformations with LLMs. It would be better if Attio made setup easier instead of relying on expensive migration partners.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to get data in one place, and I like the broad, open APIs for connectivity with AI solutions, as they allow me to edit fields, objects, and lists easily.

 ### 45. Streamlines CRM with AI, But Setup Can Be Tricky

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I appreciate that Attio helps me keep track of my leads and deals, organizing them by where they are in the pipeline. It keeps me organized so I don't miss any follow-ups, meetings, or customer interactions. I like that it allows me to set reminders and communicate with my customers effectively. The ability to record meetings so I can revisit the notes when needed is really helpful. Attio also assists me in generating follow-up emails that are simple and easy to read. I'm impressed with the AI integration that surfaces information about customer interactions or meetings I've had.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

Not able to bulk deleting tasks that get assigned automatically. It seems like there are some limitations with the way that the lists are handled and to connect master accounts to associated locations. The initial setup has been a little bit cumbersome. There's so much customization to be done, it can be tricky, and we've had to try it one way, and when it didn't work out so well, we've had to pivot and make some changes.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps me track leads and deals, keeps my pipeline organized, and ensures I don't miss follow-ups or meetings. It reminds me, records meetings, and generates simple follow-up emails, while AI surfaces customer interaction insights.

 ### 46. Configurable but Needs Better Workflow Automation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I appreciate that Attio allows me to easily manage and track all of my targets and opportunities in one place. I like the configurability and usability of the software. We use Lists the most, as this is where we've created our progressive funnels to advance leads and opportunities through to completion.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

There are a few areas of Attio that are absurdly inaccessible or walled off. For example, creating a workflow automation to trigger an email sequence based on a company attribute change is tricky because Attio won't let you map back to an email address of any object connected to the Company record that triggered the workflow, which is frustrating. Also, the data import process was a nightmare. I spent 4 days cleaning and normalizing a data import, and then Attio overwrote every status of every record already existing without asking which source should be primary when data conflicts arise. This added several more days of cleanup. The initial setup wasn't very easy or intuitive. We had to finally get a call with a Customer Success Manager to help us out.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio allows me to easily manage and track all of my targets and opportunities in one place.

 ### 47. Streamlines Contact Searches, UI Needs Work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yujin C. | Venture Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I like how Attio's functionality saves a lot of time, making it easier to use. It helps me find the right contact, like a key corporate partner or investor for a portfolio company, much faster. This saves a lot of time and also enables better service and responsiveness to our partners. I also appreciate the AI functionality and automation in Attio, which allows me to find or search through contacts much more quickly.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

The UI is a little bit clunky. It takes a while to get all the data ingested and organized.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio helps me find the right contact, like a key corporate partner or investor, much faster. It was previously a manual and time-consuming task, but now it's automated, saving time and enabling better service and responsiveness.

 ### 48. Solid CRM with Useful Slack Integration, But Setup Challenges

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really love the new Slack integration in Attio. It allows me to update my team members without having to type up everything I just had in a previous meeting. I can ask the bot to tell my team about the call I just had. Slack is one of my key tools that I use to communicate with my team on a daily basis. What's nice about this integration is that I don't have to go into the Attio platform specifically to get more information. I'm able to integrate it with the platform I already use, which takes out a few steps.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I'm a little lost right now in terms of how to set up Attio best for my company. Even though I know it's supposed to be an easier CRM to set up, it hasn't been easy for us. I did not find it intuitive, and we're still learning how to use it effectively as we're new to Attio.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio centralizes conversations, solving the issue of managing different chats and knowing who said what and when. The Slack integration speeds up sharing information with my team.

 ### 49. Smooth Transition and Customization Power

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Boran Q. | Data Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I really appreciate Attio's customizability and simplicity, especially compared to outdated software like Salesforce. We have custom needs in our business since we're not ARR, so being able to build out custom objects and funnels to track our main KPIs is a big plus. The switch to Attio made everything smooth, particularly after our experience with Notion, which wasn't optimized for CRM workflows. Setting up Attio was pretty easy too; I managed to do it at home on the weekend in just 2 hours.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I need more integrations and the ability to track open rates. A/B tests in sequences would be great as well.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Attio solves most of our CRM problems with its customizability and simplicity. We needed custom objects and funnels for KPI tracking, and Attio does this smoothly, unlike Salesforce or Notion.

 ### 50. Flexible and User-Friendly Sales CRM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maggie P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Attio?**

I find Attio to be a flexible software that's more user-friendly than Salesforce CRM. I like the visuals of the pipeline and the simplicity of the solution. Using Attio makes tracking active sales opportunities much simpler, which motivates me to use it more. My colleagues mentioned that the setup was great and super easy, with no need to transfer old CRM data, making things simple.

**What do you dislike about Attio?**

I would like it if Attio integrated with Granola or Notion for note keeping and note logging.

**What problems is Attio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Attio to track our prospects, leads, and sales pipeline. It's simpler and more user-friendly than Salesforce, motivating me to track sales opportunities actively. I like its pipeline visuals and simplicity, which make the process less tedious.
