Attevera is an AI Act readiness operating system for companies that deploy or provide AI in the EU. It turns Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 into a living operating record: inventory every AI system you operate, map its obligations to the exact articles, assign controls to named owners, capture the evidence each control needs, and close a signed monthly review you can hand to counsel or an auditor. Built for Compliance, Legal, Privacy, GRC, and AI governance leads, and the product and engineering teams they work alongside. Evidence auto-flags stale at 90 days. The Article 73 serious-incident clock starts a 15-day countdown the moment an incident is logged. Article 4 AI literacy tracking is native. Every classification, assignment, sign-off, and revocation lands in an append-only audit trail. Attevera is purpose-built for the EU AI Act — not a horizontal GRC tool with an AI bolt-on. It is for deployers and product teams shipping AI into production; it does not cover GPAI foundation-model provider obligations under Articles 51–56. Attevera is a readiness operating platform, not a law firm. It prepares the operating record that your counsel or an auditor reviews — it does not determine compliance.
