- Quality of qualitative results can vary a bit - some not that helpful
- Sometimes has some bugs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Simple and inutiative to use. Can get results back quickly for when quick business decisions are required Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not the most sophiscated survey platform, doesn't have all the capabilities that some other platforms have Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The team members you work with at Attest Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The amount of time it can take to fill in a survey Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very fast survey responses
Easy to upload questions and construct a survey
Great that we can share dashboard results with external partners
Platform is nicely designed and intuitive to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We work in various languages so set up different surveys per market, using the same questions and survey structure to allow for cross-country comparisons. I wish there was a way to compare the data from different surveys within the platform - right now I have to export this and do the comparisons in google sheets. In the dashboard you can view "by country" but because the surveys are in different languages, we can't load it all into one survey together and use this tool. Hope that makes sense!
When viewing results, I wish there was a way to see things like gender breakdown or age breakdown more clearly. At the moment you can click on "male" or "female" and see how the data changes, but you can visualise the two at once. Same with ages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Attest listen to clients and is forever evolving the product, improving every day. Every time I go into the platform, I am more and more delighted with its capability. On top of this, client services are fantastic, and nothing is too much bother! Also, the panel is excellent, I was dubious at first, but it has served me well for the last 2 years, and our audience is pretty niche. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Given the cost of Attest, you can always find a workaround. I guess it would have to be display logic not counting towards routing & therefore using up credits. Or not being able to conduct sophsticated conjoint studies/ be a bit more clever with forwarding selected or non-selected precodes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've found the platform really easy to use - both in terms of building surveys and paths, defining audiences and calculating spends.
I've been super impressed by the simplicity of analysis and some of the in-built tools (like sig testing, or isolating the relationship between questions) without the need for laborious processing of raw data.
The account management support has been really impressive, both in terms of their input, but also the ease and readiness to support - often at very short notice.
I'm also not a researcher, just in need of research - and I've felt like Attest is super approachable for people whose skills are adjacent to quant, but not technically in the field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be helpful if the granularity of how we can target audiences was even tighter - both at a geographic and an attitudinal level.
Occasionally a survey will flag an error while I'm building it, and it takes a minute to determine what's not working - but I'll admit this is probably a user-error issue more than anything! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Intuitive, easy to use platform (for the most part, once you learn its small quirks). Fantastic recent redesign that makes using it easier than ever
- Incredibly insightful, helpful team who are always on hand to share their expertise with survey novices
- Rarely any problems filling our audience requirements, even in the B2B space
- Data we use and rely on for years Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Sometimes small data quality concerns, but those are always rectified by the team and genuine respondents found in their place
- Better organisation of existing surveys on the dashboard would be appreciated, as it can be hard to find what you're looking for in the endless list of surveys run by me and all my team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Attest across 3 businessess for the last 5 years, and the intuitive interface, templated questions, respondent targeting and quality of panels are second to none. In addition, the team at Attest provide the level of service you'd expect from dedicated research agencies but balanced with the ability to run the research and interpret the data yourself. Attest is credit based, which means you have to be cautious about question use in order to stay within limits / costs. This can soon be comparable to external research agencies except having to then do the data summarising yourself, so you do have to weigh up the flexibility / speed / quality of responses with the cost. As such the minimum starting commitments are quite high but if you're serious about market research, it's worh it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You can obtain results quickly, as well as having a pre made nat rep you can set your own audience. Can download your results in a pre made reprot if you need to present quickly. You can also cut your data by age/ gender/ other if set which is useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being able to have significance testing on questions within themselves would be superb, e.g. like and dislike question on muliple answers, only option now is to do sig testing across diff questions but this sometimes is not needed. Automatic sig testing would also be superb. Being able to "NET" certain answers e.g. NET dislike and NET like would also be amazing for the platform, and then when you download these already being available as part instead of doing this manually.
