I've been super impressed by the simplicity of analysis and some of the in-built tools (like sig testing, or isolating the relationship between questions) without the need for laborious processing of raw data. The account management support has been really impressive, both in terms of their input, but also the ease and readiness to support - often at very short notice. I'm also not a researcher, just in need of research - and I've felt like Attest is super approachable for people whose skills are adjacent to quant, but not technically in the field. **What do you dislike about Attest?** It would be helpful if the granularity of how we can target audiences was even tighter - both at a geographic and an attitudinal level. Occasionally a survey will flag an error while I'm building it, and it takes a minute to determine what's not working - but I'll admit this is probably a user-error issue more than anything! **What problems is Attest solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our client had very little in the way of primary insight, particularly around their marketing funnel, brand attributes and impact of campaigns.
