"Effortless Call Insights and Coaching That Help Daily"
5/5
What do you like best about Attention?

I love the AI gives me insights about my calls, grading my calls and making recommendations for future calls, what I could have done better, etc. My company has it linked to every call I make, which is so helpful. I don't need to do anything, and it helps me out daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attention?

Sometimes it doesn't join my video calls, and that's frustrating. But every single phone call, it's always listening! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Call Analysis, But Limited Coaching Features"
3/5
What do you like best about Attention?

I really appreciate Attention's easy-to-navigate UX. It's been doing great at analyzing my call transcripts and providing them quickly. I like how these transcripts are easy to drag and drop into other LLM systems, which I use for notes and follow-ups. It's straightforward and gets the job done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attention?

The coaching aspects of the tool are a little bit limited. It seems like they are using more templated models. Well, it's not as hyper personalized to my sales cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Harry Abram of Attention

Hi Brian! Thanks for taking the time to a review. Re dragging transcripts to LLM's it's great to hear that you're using Attention's recordings to power your insights.I might suggest using Attention's MCP connection to claude for even more powerful workflows, and/or using Attention's in built agents and workflow builders. So appreciate your love of the UI!

On coaching we actually pride ourselves on being hyper customizable as every field for every scorecard can be tailored to fit your needs, and you can have as many fields/cards as you like! Please reach out and we'd be happy to get this to a place that's a 5 star experience for you :) If you're not sure who to reach out to please feel free to shoot me an email an I'll get you sorted. It's Harry at Attention dot com.

"Coaching and Clear Call Summaries That Keep Deals Moving"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Attention?

I like the coaching and that it provides a clear, concise call summary. It also helps me draft next steps email and helps me stay organized in moving deals along.

The chat feature is also useful when I'm looking for example calls or references that I can use to look back on and help win deals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attention?

I'm still a relatively new user so it takes some syncing with my RevOps guy and exploring all the different features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Harry Abram of Attention

Thanks for the review! Staying present in the conversation instead of scrambling to take notes is one of the biggest wins we hear from reps, glad it's clicking for you. Excited to hear you're a new user, there's so much more to explore! I'm sure your RevOps guy will get you fully dialed in fast, and we've got a growing team of forward deployed engineers to help your co make the most of Attention.

"Empowers Sales with Insightful AI and Seamless Usability"
5/5
What do you like best about Attention?

I find Attention highly usable because it doesn't require me to log in and manually do things. The AI is very useful for identifying information on deals and trends, and it helps in coaching reps at scale. The scorecards are good, and I really like Attention. It integrates with Claude, making it very helpful. The initial setup was very easy with quick field mapping, and their team and support are really hands-on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attention?

Nothing. I mean, AI, like, any AI tool a little bit of prompting, but you can just use other AI to prompt it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Harry Abram of Attention

Thanks for this, Neema!

Coaching reps at scale, keeping the CRM clean, and building + deploying playbooks all in one place is exactly the use case we're built for. Really glad the setup was smooth too, our growing FDE team works hard to make that part as painless as possible.

And love the Claude / MCP callout! The integration is getting a lot of love right now as we meet customers where they are. We'll always be the quickest major revenue intelligence platform in rolling out new features like this.

"Powerful API for CRM Data and a Trainable Chatbot"
5/5
What do you like best about Attention?

The best part is the API that can be used to retrieve information and push into CRM + have a chatbot trained ontop of calls to ask for quick info instead of re-watching the call entirely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attention?

The only thing I dislike about attention is the search which could be a bit improved to find calls faster. Also - if you and your colleagues join the same external call you'll have multiple Attention bots joining the call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Harry Abram of Attention

Thanks for this, Yaron.

Appreciate the callout of our api (and now MCP)! We pride ourselves on being a more open platform than others -- this context is yours to do with whatever you wish!

On the duplicate bot issue, take a look at your settings! There's a toggle you can use to only have the bot join if no one else from your co already has attention on the call.

Noted on speed, it's normally quite quick but larger call catalogs can take a bit more time to look across so that nothing is missed.

"Effortless Call Review and Coaching"
5/5
What do you like best about Attention?

I like that Attention allows me to review calls, which is really helpful for follow-ups or future account management. It also provides coaching, showing me what I could do better and what I did well. The ability to easily review my calls helps me identify areas where I need support or improvement and aids me in future conversations with potential clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attention?

It is silly but it sits in my waiting room and makes me think that a lead is in there waiting but its just attention Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revenue Intelligence Layer for Salesforce with Powerful Call Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Attention?

Attention functions as a genuine revenue intelligence layer on top of Salesforce, not just a transcription tool. It automatically extracts 50+ CRM fields from calls — pain points, decision criteria, next steps, feature requests — and syncs them without manual entry. The killer feature is timestamped recording snippet links embedded directly in Salesforce records, so our CS and implementation team can click through and verify what was actually said on calls they weren't on. This eliminated the telephone game between sales and implementation entirely. Cross-call pattern recognition is also underrated — we built a workflow that aggregates feature requests by customer and contract size, which actually informs product prioritization decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attention?

Not the most out of the box tool. Definitely requires a good amount of work to configure. However, you get out what you put in, so if you have someone that will be dedicated to the implementation, the leverage you get out of it is incredible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Harry Abram of Attention

This review genuinely made our day. Thank you for taking the time to write it so thoroughly! The way you described the sales-to-implementation handoff problem is one of the the key issues what we built Attention to solve. That "telephone game" between sales and CS is one of the most common — and most costly — breakdowns we hear about, and seeing that the timestamped snippet links actually eliminated it for your team is exactly the outcome we're after. Context is key!

The feature request aggregation workflow you built is a use case we are going to highlight from here on out. Using Attention to weight product feedback by contract size and feed it into prioritization decisions is a heavy hitting example of what makes us a "revenue intelligence" platform, and not simply a call recorder.

Your point about configuration is fair, and it's feedback we've taken seriously. While our basic features are pretty plug and play, getting the full value out of the product suite is a pain point people have brought up before. The customizability we allow is a core product differentiator, but as with anything the tradeoff can be complexity. To address this, we've 2x'd our Forward Deployed Engineering team in the past month, and are adding more documentation, templates, and examples to the product. The ceiling is still as high as ever — but the floor is a lot more accessible than it used to be.

Thanks again for the detail here. Reviews like this help other revenue leaders understand what's actually possible with the platform.

"Review of Attention From a Relay Inc. Employee"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Attention?

I love the clean look of the platform & summary it provides for a review. I also love the Couching feature to allow me to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attention?

I do believe the couching feature is a bit harsh, and always leads with expansion wants even if that is not the conversation focus. I do think the email templates it provides are a bit long as well and not always 100% accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A must have solution to bridge GTM, Enablement & PMMs"
5/5
What do you like best about Attention?

Attention is a really intuitive tool to configure and embed within your sales workflows with excellent customer support. Its core features like automated call scoring & its integration with our CRM have saved GTM reps hours of manual work each week, whilst guaranteeing system data quality. What I’m loving most lately however is its new agent feature - the insights it provides across all buyer conversations are proving to be invaluable to deepen our customer understanding and better equip our GTM teams across new product launches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attention?

A few improvements still needed to better tailor its Agent feature to our sales methodology + would love an SSO configuration. Beyond this, I'm very satisfied! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Attention AI is a Game Changer"
5/5
What do you like best about Attention?

Attention AI has truly streamlined my workflow. Beyond its core functionality, the data it collects has been invaluable in improving other aspects of my work. Another standout is the team behind the product—Sari, Karim, Nick, and even the CTO Matthias himself—who have all been incredibly accommodating, supportive, and easy to work with. Their responsiveness makes a big difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attention?

Some features are still under development and need further fine-tuning to reach their full potential. It requires a bit of patience, but I see the progress being made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
