"An awesome event with Attendease!"

What do you like best?

Attendease has made managing our internal events so much easier! We recently utilized Attendease for a 500-person event. The customizable registration form was extremely helpful in gathering pre-event information and the integration with Boomset made our event check-in and badging process nearly seamless. The option to create a survey also allowed us to gather meaningful post-event feedback to shape our future programs. Also, everyone with whom we have interacted at Attendease has been extremely responsive and helpful.

What do you dislike?

The backend of Attendease can seem a little daunting at first - luckily, their customer success team provides extensive training and support upfront and throughout. Some things about the interface aren't exactly intuitive and there are minor inconveniences, but nothing that can't be navigated. In the several months that we've been using Attendease, they have released numerous updates that have improved the platform tremendously, so I have no doubt some of the small issues will be resolved in due time.

Our company is growing astronomically, doubling in size every year - emails, Slack, and Google Forms weren't cutting it anymore when it came to planning our events. Now we have one tool that does it all. Our jobs have become easier, and we've mitigated the risks of information slipping through the cracks by using one platform.

"Ease of use and a good about of flexibility "

What do you like best?

It is the ease of use with the Attendease platform and the ability to scale to various size and types of programs that I like best. In addition the customer support is top notch. They are always there to review and advise on best practices. If there is ever an issue, the team is on it right away. They

What do you dislike?

It is not really a dislike as no system will be everything to everyone however I would love to hear more about upcoming features and have some training when new features are launched.

If you are looking for ease of use then move to Attendease.

Time Management on small to medium size conferences is the biggest issue. I sometime am a one person team to manage a 100 - 500 person conference. The speaker, sponsor and exhibitor workflow have been a great help in managing time and tasks.

"One stop solution for Event Management "

What do you like best?

Attendease is so easy to use as an event team, but more importantly, it’s easy for participants to register. It comes with a plethora of features like event website, mobile app, the registration system or the scheduling system — the ability to customise each event only to use the features that you require.

The support is also great, and are always listen and do accommodate adding features to improve an event.

What do you dislike?

There's not much I dislike as they are always listening to us and updating their system with new features to support our needs.

We manage major conferences all over the world. Using Atendease frees up our digital team from developing solutions for all the events we operate and gives the events team a complete all-in-one solution.

"Makes our jobs easier and events go smoother"

What do you like best?

I love the flexibility within the application. It handles small events all the way to large and complex events. For our company that is key for an enterprise level solution. The biggest win is the time savings - gone are the days of managing events with excel and email. Our event managers are putting their time into enhancing events rather than searching through email.

What do you dislike?

So far none! We have global teams on boarding daily and they all sing its praises.

Across our enterprise, event planners were having to jump through hoops to deal with all the regulations and constraints when registering attendees for an event. The application saves them huge amounts of time by implementing event tools to manage the registration flow. It also gives them a very professional website to complement their event. The win here is that they don't have to hire an agency to design/built a site for them. With a handful of assets they can spin up a site and publish it on their own in a day. This freedom has saved significant $$ and the time savings is immeasurable!

"Amazing product for event leaders"

What do you like best?

We run an annual event that has a lot of moving pieces - from speakers to sponsors to living arrangements, and scheduling. It seems like every feature on Attendease was developed based on deep and extensive industry knowledge on the part of the Attendease team. The product functions great and suits our needs on just about every level. I cannot believe we had been doing things manually (through Google Forms, MailChimp, etc) for all of these years.

What do you dislike?

There are some minor missing features that would be "nice to haves" but not "need" to haves. I am also very impressed with their support and onboarding staff who have gone above and beyond for us. I have already been connected with their support and development team about troubleshooting and potentially adding on new features for us in the future.

Great platform and even better support. The whole experience has been tremendous thus far.

"Integral Partner"

What do you like best?

For our program, the best part of Attendease was the Boomset integration. It made the check-in process of over 500 people so simple and effective.

We also relied on the web interface for communicating with our employees and posting the schedule of our 4 day event. The Attendease team created an awesome template, and it was pretty simple to make updates on our end.

What do you dislike?

We utilized the registration data for many aspects of our event. Everything we needed was there, but it was a bit 'messy' to sort through to get what we needed.

It would be amazing if questions and answers on the survey and registration form creator could be duplicated in the tool!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

A roommate and room block management feature would be GREAT!

The Attendease registration function allowed us to create and collect customized responses to keep us on track with planning. It was amazing having everything in one place that was easy to reference.

It also gave us a tool to send employees to get information leading up to, during, and after our event, which allowed us to focus on the event planning and logistics, and less on answering one-off questions about details and what to expect. We used the email blast feature a few times to keep everyone in the loop.

"Could be great, but "no brainer" issues are complex"

What do you like best?

I use Attendease several times a week. I like how easy it can be to move text blocks around, add links, toggle between nav panels, and the preview page feature. The support has also been relatively quick to respond and find/create new solutions.

What do you dislike?

Attendease is an event platform that seems to be built by people who have never thought about planning an event. The Agenda feature is particularly bad--it doesn't let you see what companies speakers work at and it has this odd mouse hover feature.

It's only been recently that Attendease added a video content feature that allows customers to see speaker videos. That was a big issue for my company. There's also some wonky text editor problems where your content will just appear differently in size without any explanation and you have to dive deep into the settings to try to fix it. You should also be able to just c+p a text box but this is impossible in attendease.

The checkin process for guests at the actual event is really easy if you're not scanning name badges.

"Building a registration platform for a multiple event campaign"

What do you like best?

Ease of platform to create events and forms. Great user experience. Amazing customer service!

What do you dislike?

There isn't anything bad I can say about my experience with Attedease.

"Would recommend Attendease to all! "

What do you like best?

Attendease is a comprehensive one stop shop for event management. I thoroughly enjoyed my on-boarding experience with my CSM, Troy. He spent a lot of time with me and my team to ensure our success.

What do you dislike?

I wouldn't say this is a dislike but the implementation time was a drawback for us since we needed to start producing events right away. If that could be quicker that would be great.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our business had to execute 200+ events and needed to lean on an easy to use product instead of manually making landing pages for each one.

"Attendease - Simple to Understand & Use"

What do you like best?

I like the ease of use. It's an easy to understand platform with the ability to personalize your pages, layout, and design. When you make an edit, it's seamless to publish it on your public-facing page too!

What do you dislike?

There are a few features missing that would make our event management process more efficient, namely being about to take user's registration info to input select responses into a speaker profile.

Attendease provides a hub for all event information. We're able to have various tabs easily populated with text information, speaker photos, agenda timeline, etc.

"New to the product. Working my way through the learning curve."

What do you like best?

I like the templates. Visually, very attention getting.

What do you dislike?

At points of my event site creation, I've run into obstacles that derail my progress for a 1/2 day or more. It's problematic when the event is coming up in a couple weeks.

It seems the platform is relatively new and they are still working out some bugs.

We went with Attendease because of data collection features. We haven't delved into those features yet because we are just getting started. Actually, we haven't used many of the features yet as our events have not yet occurred.

"So glad we chose Attendease as our registration platform!"

What do you like best?

I love that it is user friendly for our clients and for us.

What do you dislike?

One improvement I would like to see is a seamless way for our clients to reschedule from one event to another and have the funds transfer as well.

We chose Attendease over other platforms for ease of event set-up, as well as the confirmation and automated messaging leading up to the events. The platform is easy for our clients to use providing a nice user experience.

"Comprehensive system that serves our company well!"

What do you like best?

The interface is really easy to use. The features are customizable to many event types. The website that comes with each event is amazing! We can create immersive and beautiful websites in just a few min. Overall our teams feel empowered to truly manage their events.

"Attendease Review"

What do you like best?

I like the professional look of the registration site; the multiple pages you can add with pictures and text.

What do you dislike?

Some areas are still a little confusing for me. Adding the time in the session slotter was confusing to me.
