The customer service hasn't been great. We have had - and still have- some weird bugs in the platform, particularly as it relates to the channel notifications. I flagged it several times and was told there was no issue, but there remains to be an issue on our end that hasn't been resolved.

My team primarily uses the Punch in/out project tracking feature to claim tools we share that don't support concurrent users. The Slack integration means it takes only one quick command to punch in and select a project, then the whole team is notified in our team channel. Because the notification comes from the bot, it's easy to distinguish it from any other discussion that might be taking place in the channel and to spot quickly whether someone is already using the tool you might need. It's a very simple process and it has saved us a lot of time compared to the ad hoc 'are you using X?' messages we used to send to check in with each other before.
