**What do you like best about AttendanceBot?**

AttendanceBot’s integration with Slack is a big strength. Being able to manage leave and see team availability directly within a tool we already use daily makes adoption easy and keeps everything in one place. The shared calendar view is also very helpful, it’s easy to access, clearly categorised, and gives the whole team quick visibility of who’s in, out, or on leave at any given time.

**What do you dislike about AttendanceBot?**

The leave application process via Slack can sometimes feel laggy or confusing for staff, particularly when submitting or updating requests. From a management perspective, approvals through Slack can also be slow or easy to miss - recurring reminders or email follow-ups would improve this experience. While the tool works well for its core purpose, additional functionality and more robust features would make it more powerful overall.

**What problems is AttendanceBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AttendanceBot centralises leave and absence management within Slack, allowing the team to share updates on movements and availability multiple times a day. This makes it easy for everyone to stay across who is in or out without needing to chase information or switch between platforms. It improves transparency, reduces admin overhead, and helps the team stay aligned quickly and consistently.

**What do you like best about AttendanceBot?**

I like AttendanceBot for its integrations with so many platforms we use, like Slack and Google software. The simple interface makes it easy for the team to know where they're at legally and also request leave, which saves a lot of time. Additionally, using Slack, the team can request leave directly through it instead of going through Xero, which is easier for everybody. With Google, we've synced it to calendars, allowing us to easily see who's on or off on any given day. The initial setup was seamless, integrating well with Xero and everything was pain-free.

**What do you dislike about AttendanceBot?**

I sometimes have to go back and forth with the bot itself in Slack, but once I get into the backend on the website, I can tweak and change everything. I've been a customer for six years and don't really have any complaints.

**What problems is AttendanceBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AttendanceBot allows multi-level approval of personal and sick leave and syncs with calendars to see who's on any day, integrating with platforms like Slack and Google, making it easy to request leave, track availability, and manage work rosters, saving time.

**What do you like best about AttendanceBot?**

I appreciate how AttendanceBot simplifies attendance management directly within Slack, eliminating the need to log into a separate, complex interface, which consolidates everything into one place. The quick and seamless setup, facilitated by thorough documentation and video tutorials, was made even more pleasant by their responsive support team who are always ready to assist. This has significantly streamlined the setup process, taking less than an hour, which is incredibly efficient. I love how this bot tracks time, records total working hours, and monitors employee availability through Slack statuses, addressing past challenges with spreadsheets by providing a centralized and user-friendly solution. This all-inclusive management within Slack enhances our workflow and efficiency, especially by facilitating hassle-free attendance marking and leave approvals, which saves considerable time and effort, particularly in a remote work environment. The integration aspect via Slack, specifically how AttendanceBot handles check-ins and check-outs, has been a game changer for our team. Furthermore, for a fraction of the cost, AttendanceBot consolidates timesheet data seamlessly, making it invaluable to our billing team. Overall, AttendanceBot is predominantly beneficial for its excellent handling of attendance and leave management.

I would say, if this can add one additional thing, which is detailed reporting via web interface would be great.

I use AttendanceBot to effortlessly manage attendance, leave approvals, and track employee availability directly in Slack, eliminating the need for multiple platforms. It simplifies tracking working hours and consolidating data, which saves time and enhances efficiency for my billing team.

**What do you like best about AttendanceBot?**

This platform is so easy to use and so easy to set up. I loved how quickly I could set up new clients and new projects for people to track their time. Time off requests FAST!  Reports are understandable and easy! I love this app. The integration with Slack makes things 1000% faster and amazing. My entire team is already in Slack daily, so it was just one more step for them. Anytime I wanted to learn a new feature or wasn't sure how to do something, customer support was quick with their answers, and I understood what they explained to me.  We love the attendance bot!

**What do you dislike about AttendanceBot?**

I personally love love love attendance bot. My employees on the other hand are jerks and dont use new things.

**What problems is AttendanceBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was very easy to see what projects where being worked on when. We have many projects at the same time, so knowing who was working on what was so helpful. We also never had a full grasp on how much time our full time employees were working on a specific project so that helped a ton!!

**What do you like best about AttendanceBot?**

The integration with Slack makes it simple for employees to apply for time off and for managers to approve time off requests. I especially liked the notifications we could set for next day and current day time-off events. 
Setting up integration with Google Calendars was also straightforward.

**What do you dislike about AttendanceBot?**

Sometimes it was difficult to remember how to modify or cancel time off requests, but that's only because we didn't use that feature very often.

**What problems is AttendanceBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing when employees are taking time off and will be out of office, and doing it an easy to manage way.  One particularly nice feature is the ability to setup new time-off types (for example a "Working out of office" type we used to indicate when an employee was still working but out of office).

Easy to set up. Easy to set up various policies for different employee groups.  Best of all the slack integration so my team can use the product without changing workflows. 
especially great on the vacation calendars and PTO.
Love its interation with Slack. Makes it so easy

Nothing that I think is bad. I would recommend.

Ability to have my team log vacation and hours when they are on multiple payroll systems (due to international team location).

We like the integrations with Slack and Google Calendar that make it easy to apply for and view time off.

**What do you dislike about AttendanceBot?**

The web UI can be a little confusing, it's hard to see how many days off people have tkane so far unless you also have set limits. But it's not a problem as employees end up using entirely Slack and Google Calendar.

**What problems is AttendanceBot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensure that we have a process for time off. In particular, for our small team it always warns if someone else is off then, which is critical to ensure that we maintain high coverage.
