I feel like it is fairly intuitive and easy system to navigate. I also really appreciate how customizable it can be. It is nice that almost every aspect can be customized. The rare occasions I have needed assistance, the customer service and tech support have been fantastic with very quick responses. Sometimes it is difficult to navigate on another staff member's login when I am trying to show them how to do something. Because the system is so customizable and we're all creatures of habit, it can sometimes be challenging when faced with an alternative interface. Never a major problem but a minor inconvienience. I really like the quilt look in the kids' catalog. I also like how easy it is to use the system on the librarian side. Patrons seem to like using it, and we have not had any problems. The community features for us to display our programs are very helpful and seem to be bringing more attention to our programming. Customer support has been good. Once set up- our patrons did not have much trouble adjusting to the newness of using it. We have used Atriuum at our small library for many years. We upgraded from Concourse. It's a great system for us. What do we like best? It's very user friendly and Book Systems makes it even easier because they are quick to assist if there are ever any problems. We've had next to no problems in all the years we've used this platform. The best part of Atriuum has been the customer service offered by Book Systems. I am also so impressed with the user friendly interface - due to bad weather we had to delay our second day of training and we could still easily use it for daily operation.
