What do you like best about Atonom?

My team loved the ability to find companies from site visits. This is a rare skill that we have seen in the past from other providers but not like this extent of details like getting us names email and contact info too. What do you dislike about Atonom?

Getting this great data is now a standard so when we don't have it, it's hard to not want it. So when the info is wrong or only partial it's hard to not want more. But keeping in mind that we didn't have it before reminds us how valuable it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Atonom?

What I liked the best (beyond the product functionality and ease of use) is the team and their knowledge along with best practices. The team loves to brainstorm ideas to help increase engagement through the chatbot as well as campaigns where you can integrate the chatbot. It's pretty cool to have chat functionality on a PDF! This is something I never would have even considered (chatbot on PDF) if it wasn't for the team at ChatFunnels. Also, the team is really fantastic and fun to work with :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atonom?

The one dislike is actually something they are working on which is the size of the chatbot on different pages. Currently, it can only be small or large sitewide, but this is changing. What do you like best about Atonom?

Great Tool, chatbots start conversations with visitors and notifies me with test, emails, and slack notifications when someone is ready to chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Accuracy of text messages. Sometimes the texts I get say I am being routed when it is just an alert to let me know an account is on the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Atonom?

Being able to get to people quickly on our site and help them find things. We have enjoyed working with the team and they are pleasant people. The system is always getting new features to use it helped us with unknown users of our site and to sell them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Building chats in the system is easy but it takes a long time, it would be helpful to have more templates that we can just start using for basic use but it was better then other systems we have used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
