"Essential tool for any website experience"

What do you like best about Atonom?

They're addressing the engagement of website visitors and our speed in responding to visitor questions, and needs, and guiding them toward key outcomes. "Great live chat platform with benefits"

What do you like best about Atonom?

I like getting meetings booked on my calendar automatically when people chatted with the bot and the system just tells me it was set up for a time that works for my schedule. The chat page is easy to work on and contact information was displayed conveniently. It is also easy to manage notifications and availability. I’m able to connect with prospects and have additional insights into their specific interests and needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atonom?

Chat notifications come at inconsistent times and it's hard to be able to respond within the 30-second limit. I don't get that many interactions through chat so it hasn’t become a habit for me. But really not too much to dislike, it’s easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Atonom solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are visitors to our website who are interested and ready to talk to sales, but without ChatFunnels we didn't have a way to engage with them in real time. With your concern about not being able to get to the chats within the 30 seconds limit, you may want to set the time to 1 minute or longer. If you do this make sure to adjust your expectation wording so they know how long to wait for the live chat to start.

ChatFunnels has been instrumental in growing the number of inbound leads on a day-to-day basis. Being able to provide interested customers with immediate contact has increased our revenue and helped us grow not only our US base but globally as well. The current customer in our industry wants quick answers and immediate attention. Our other methods of receiving inbound leads were not providing the immediate attention that the customer was looking for and we would lose customers through the 'middle man' process.
