**What do you like best about Atomicwork?**

Atomicwork has been an excellent tool for streamlining workflows and enhancing ticket deflection. Users gets instant support and quick access to information, making it a highly reliable solution. I personally appreciate its automation and AI-driven workflows, which provide valuable support across various workspaces.

**What do you dislike about Atomicwork?**

I don’t have any dislikes, to be honest. Atomicwork is an excellent tool for automation and workflow efficiency. However, adding more customization options for workflows would further improve its flexibility and effectiveness and some integrations could be more seamless

**What problems is Atomicwork solving and how is that benefiting you?**
