Every lending, tenant-screening and accounting decision rests on PDFs that someone else produced. Atomara checks whether such a file was edited after it was issued. It reads what a PDF viewer never shows: which software wrote the file, whether and when it was saved again, which earlier versions it still contains, whether fonts and structure agree, and, for bank statements, whether the balances add up. The result is a scored report. Every finding names the evidence it rests on, so the reader decides instead of trusting a single number. The check needs no template of the issuing bank and works on any PDF; a photo or screenshot is recognised and reported as an image, with a note on what can and cannot be checked in a picture. Who uses it: landlords and property managers screening applicants, lenders and brokers, accounts payable and HR teams. Software platforms that receive documents from their own users integrate the same check through a REST API on the Professional and Custom plans, with one synchronous call per document. The first three full checks are free, no card required. A separate free PDF metadata checker runs entirely in the browser and uploads nothing. Files sent for a full check are processed under GDPR and deleted after 90 days. Interface in English, German, Spanish, Polish, Ukrainian and Czech.
