Atmosphere is varied, engaging and interesting. It starts conversations, raises laughs and gets our patients thinking. I've seen people writing information down from the screens, asking questions about what they see on there - and importantly, it stops them worrying too much about the clock, as they're engaged with what they can see! The ability to upload your own video advertisements is also excellent, with the portal being exceptionally easy to use and the timeline between upload and appearance being near-instantaneous. I like that this is a basiclly free service for tvs in our business that may not get a ton of viewership or screen time. The content that is provided is the stuff you always see at bars and restaurnts and catches your attention and is easy to just have looping in the bacground. The simplicity of install is great, simply plug and play. The customer support is top notch and quick to reply. We have ours on daily, on multiple tvs showing sports related content mainly and customers love it. At times, it reverts back to the ChiveTV channel which is not what we are looking for. We have run into some issues with teh AppleTv product updating and going offline at times but customer service has bee quick to help. Atmosphere has been a great addition to our business. So much so that we are looking into getting a second one. It's incredibly user friendly, I can tailor the content to my needs and the ability to add special features is fantastic! Installation and integration was so easy, the intial device was not working correctly and customer service was super frendly and helpful. They had a replacement device in house the next day.
