Patientsreally pay attention to the TV screens because we have channels on that are appropriate for the type of waiting room. Fo example in the childrens waiting area we have the channel about puppies and for the Sick care waitnig area we have motivating channels on in that area and for the well care waitng rooms we have super human and action channels to help make the wait seem shorter as people are entertained while they are watching action on the TV. **What do you dislike about Atmosphere TV?** So far I have not been able to find a downside to Atmosphere TV. Everything works as it was described when we signed up for the service. **What problems is Atmosphere TV solving and how is that benefiting you?** AtmosphereTV is solving the problem that most medical offices have, Patients dislike waiting to see their medical professional. With Atmosphere TV we are able to provide an environment suitable to the three main types of visits that patients com in for and that is well care, sick care and children visits. Because of the large selection of channels and varied content provided by Atmosphere TV we can select channels appropriate for the type of care that a patient is waiting for and this helps the patients to pass the time quickly while being entertained. ### 4. We use it to promote specials, events, and deals. Our customers find the content to be very entertaining and love it. Just a great service overall. I would highly recommend Atmosphere TV to any buisness considering it. It truely allows you to reach your customers both in and outside of your buisness. We have seen great success from it with an increase of sales for specials or items we promote on it inside of our resturants. This is a great service and you would be crazy not to take advantage of it, especially since it is free if you stream enough hours. **What do you dislike about Atmosphere TV?** There isn't anything that we dislike about this service. I wish we could run longer ads, like 60-second videos, not just 30 videos. As the manager of an animal hospital I love it's happy, addicting, fun content of never ending animal videos. I also like to take advantage of creating your own promotional slides to show off specials, offerings, and information about the hospital. My team even likes to watch the videos when they come up to the lobby. It helps us to promote our own in house products and focus on what we want to. I've also noticed that customers love chive TV and I personally love the trivia channel! **What do you dislike about Atmosphere TV?** There are some ads that come with Atmosphere but they can tailor it to your business so they don't play competitor ads so that's a plus. They would play one time through, and then revert back to the same channel, not allowing us to have a mix of content running without manually changing it. Can't beat the price. Content is excellent and there are many different options to choose from. Love that we can display custom promotions and messages for our guests. Implementation was super-simple. Customer Support was not needed, but proactively reached out to us in advance of setup to make sure we were good-to-go. The hardware was super-simple to configure and integrated nicely with the hardware (TV's purchased from Amazon). We are daily users of Atmosphere and it is now our go-to entertainment for our restaurant. **What do you dislike about Atmosphere TV?** No live sports (although there is a great sports channel). Live news options are limited (although there is a great live news option). Otherwise, content is much better than initially expected and we are very satisfied with our decision! :-) **What problems is Atmosphere TV solving and how is that benefiting you?** We transitioned from paid streaming (Sling TV) to free streaming options (Pluto). We were not in search of a Pluto alternative, but Atmosphere was presented as a viable alternative. Took a demo... was impressed. Speaking with customer service was helpful in explaining how atmosphere tv works and using it to entertain in my office is a breeze. It has the rolling stats and high level stuff but would be great if they had a subscription add on for NFL, Baseball, Soccer, Basketball. I know that's a dream because of the commercial realities of things but it's the truth. Old setup was with Comcast and honestly the box was so bulky that it ruined the entire aesthetic of the room. It is so easy to insert our own advertisements and content. The shows that we can choose from are perfect for our urgent care waiting rooms. We canshow things that no one will find offensive and not have adds forced on us that are monotonous or innappropriate. Patinet Point used to loudly yell "are you sexually active" in a waiting room with children. **What do you dislike about Atmosphere TV?** I have to buy my own TVs. Other than that I have no complaints. **What problems is Atmosphere TV solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the problem of finding content on a TV for a waiting room with a diverse patient population that won't offend anyone. They see the ads while they wait for their orders, whether eating in or takeout, upcoming specials with unique graphics like the professionals. I do this by displaying Atmoshere's content on my TV. Before Atmosphere TV, I would play YouTube and movie channels to entertain my customers. Atmosphere TV is a game changer; I select from their content channel like Eye Candy, and it plays everything and anything that has to do with food, more so like cake decorating and pretty desserts, how-to video shorts and funny videos. The content sometimes has me hooked until my promotional ad pops up, and that's when the smile crosses my face. To think this service is free! All you have to do is play your favorite content and use your back portal to upload pictures or ads you may already have on your computer, and there you go for free promotion with great content! Upload as many as you want. For the biggest smile, cross-promote with other businesses with Atmosphere TV for free! I have friends with other companies, and we cross-promote each other stores. Imagine your ad being shown and seen in another part of the city for free! Did I mention free? Ask an Atmosphere TV Rep how to get started; trust me, don't overthink this. If promotion is what you need, then Atmosphere TV is it! **What do you dislike about Atmosphere TV?** At this point, I can't think of something I dislike about Atmosphere TV.
