## Loom Reviews
 ### 1. Loom Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary Joy T. | Administrative Assistant, Information Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Loom?**

I use Loom daily for team communication, especially when explaining tasks, giving feedback, or doing quick introductions. The camera + screen recording feature helps me clearly walk through documents, Google Sheets, or workflows while still showing my face, which makes my explanations easier to understand.

Instead of typing long messages, I record quick Loom videos to show exactly what needs to be revised. This has reduced back-and-forth with my team since they can see the exact issue and replay the video anytime. The Chrome extension also saves me time because I can start recording instantly while working.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

Honestly, there’s nothing I dislike about Loom. It’s user-friendly, reliable, and makes video recording and sharing so much easier.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loom makes it so much easier to record yourself while also recording your screen at the same time. It’s very useful for work, especially when you need to discuss something, explain a process, or propose an idea. You can do it right away without needing complicated tools or setups.

 ### 2. Effortless Setup, Productivity Booster

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Konjengbam M. | BDR, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Loom?**

I find Loom very effective for recording meetings and videos, which can be used for future references. The ability to transcribe videos is incredibly helpful. Setting up Loom was one of the simplest experiences I’ve had with a platform. It captures and manages knowledge effectively, allowing those who missed meetings to catch up quickly, thus increasing productivity. The easy video recording feature is the most helpful part for me. It allows to create a history of all the meeting that have taken place and can be referred back when required.
The ability of this platform to create spaces and with capacity to customize the privacy whether the workspace will be open or closed is really helpful. Other than this I love this platform as more information about who viewed the videos allowing targeting and reengaging easier. The ability of this platform to trim and stitch videos is also really helpful. The setting also allows more customization. After the merging of my loom and Atlassian profile the login process is easier and avoids toggling to different screens.
The integration capacity of this platform is also worth mentioning. The Atlassian Eco system makes this platform more stronger and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

I would like Loom to improve a little bit more by adding some more features. Integration of platform can be made easier. I have also seen permission issue with many of the platform we try to integrate due to security concern of the individual platform. Solving this issue will also be very crucial in boosting the productivity of this platform. Other than this I wish that my old recording were still intake and easy to find after merging of my Atlassian profiles with loom.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Loom to record and transcribe meetings, which enhances productivity by allowing team members who missed the meeting to quickly catch up. It effectively captures and manages knowledge, providing easy access to meeting details when needed.

 ### 3. Loom for video interview

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bance B. | Operation & Project Coordinator, Construction, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Loom?**

Loom is super easy to use. I can quickly record and share explanations without any hassle. It fits smoothly into my workflow, saves me time, and makes communication with my team and clients much easier.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

“The only downside I’ve noticed is that sometimes it can take a little time to process larger videos, especially if my internet connection is slow. Other than that, it’s a very reliable and efficient tool that fits well into my routine.”

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

“Loom is solving the problem of slow, unclear, or repetitive communication. Instead of writing long emails or scheduling multiple meetings, I can quickly record my screen and explain exactly what I mean. This saves time, reduces misunderstandings, and allows my team and clients to absorb information at their own pace. It also helps me stay organized and ensures everyone is on the same page, which makes collaboration much more efficient and stress-free.”

 ### 4. Atlassian acquired, increased price 80%, no new features to justify it

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Travis R. | Owner, Human Resources, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2023

**What do you like best about Loom?**

Once revolutionary, Loom now is a ubiquitous tool for async video sharing.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

Acquired by Atlassian, they have increased the price 80% with no change in features. Simply an email citing all the improvements they've made over the years as the reason, despite the fact that there were already new pricing tiers introduced for people that wanted the new features. I'm getting no new features but am still getting an 80% increase in price in an insulting mere 30 days. Clearly they're counting on the customer base being too entrenched with large video libraries.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Standard async video comms with customers and documentation of SOPs.

 ### 5. Best Way to get help

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gretchan P. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Loom?**

If you ever need to record something for a client or for support, this tool makes it really easy. Everything gets saved to a library that you can organize as well, which helps keep things tidy. I also like that you can adjust the video speed depending on who you’re sending it to.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

If you don’t take the time to organize and label everything, it becomes difficult to track down specific videos later on.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whenever I need support with a CRM, being able to record what I’m seeing and send it along makes the whole process easier for everyone involved. It’s also a big plus that the recording can be replayed, since it helps clarify details without having to explain everything twice.

 ### 6. Instant Screen Recording and Sharing, but Pricey

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Loom?**

I really like using Loom because I don't have to do much post editing. It just takes the screen recording and the audio, and then I get a link that I can instantly share. This means I don't have to worry about uploading a file elsewhere and then sharing the link. I also find it very easy to use, which is great. The main feature I appreciate is how Loom handles all the storage and edits for me, and the ease of sharing makes it super convenient.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

I think the pricing is a little bit high. I feel like Loom might go for a pay-as-you-go model instead of a subscription-based model, but that's just my opinion.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Loom to document my progress and create tutorials for colleagues. It handles storage and edits, simplifies sharing with instant links, and eliminates manual upload steps. It's easy to use, especially for screen recording and sharing without extra file handling.

 ### 7. Perfect Tool for Quick Walkthroughs and Team Updates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ameer A. | Salesforce Developer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Loom?**

Loom makes communication extremely simple and effective. Recording quick videos to explain ideas, walkthroughs, or updates saves a lot of time compared to long emails or meetings. The interface is clean and intuitive, so anyone can start recording without much learning. I especially like how easy it is to share videos instantly with a link and get viewer insights such as who watched and for how long. It’s a great tool for async communication and remote collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

While Loom works well most of the time, video processing can occasionally be slow, especially for longer recordings. Some advanced features are limited to paid plans, which can be a drawback for smaller teams. Also, minor issues like lag during recording or audio sync problems happen once in a while, though not very frequently.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loom helps reduce unnecessary meetings and lengthy back-and-forth communication. Instead of scheduling calls, we can record short videos to explain tasks, give feedback, or share updates clearly. This improves productivity, saves time, and makes communication more personal and clear, especially for distributed or remote teams.

 ### 8. A Must-Have for Effective Video Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maxim R. | Content Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Loom?**

I find Loom really useful for recording video messages for my clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. It's a great tool to show my process of work, ask questions related to tasks, and communicate other details. Loom helps me quickly show what I'm working on, and the video format is much more detailed than screenshots or text messages, which allows me to resolve issues and answer questions more quickly. I really enjoy using Loom, and I've been using it for years. The initial setup was simple, and there were no problems getting started. I find my experience with Loom very satisfying, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to communicate their project progress or ask questions.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

I think there are some UX issues. The video player controls could've been a bit more usable.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Loom for recording video messages to quickly show my work to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. It helps me provide detailed, accurate information compared to screenshots or text, speeding up issue resolution and responses in fast-paced environments.

 ### 9. Loom Makes Team Instructions Easy with Video, Whiteboard, and Screen Sharing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Subham A. | Sales Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Loom?**

I have been working as the sales analyst from last three years in my company dorto services. I mostly use this platform Loom to convey instruction to my complete team in the format of video calls which is get backed by a white board. This software make sure that I can record my video and also share my phone screen at the day same time.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

Initially I used it's free version for transferring all the instructions but as our business started growing older then there are lot of features that needed its premium plan. So, we bought it premium plan but it was little costly so now we only go for it's premium purchase whenever we need to use this tool for bigger meetings otherwise we go for it's free plan.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loom help us in conducting business meetings for our clients as well as internal business team members working all over the world. This software connects people from working from one place to another. Loom also helps us in sharing our device screen and camera at the same time so that proper discussions can be conducted.

 ### 10. Flexible screen recording with smart transcript trimming and auto silence removal

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Poonam T. | Freelance Web Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Loom?**

I’m using the Loom desktop app for Mac, and here are the things I like. It offers different options for screen recording (for example, full screen or a custom size). I also like that I can choose whether to show or hide my face, and that I can record without sound when I need to. After recording, it immediately redirects me to the video page in my browser, where I can grab the link and access other options like editing. Another feature I appreciate is being able to trim the video by selecting words in the transcript, and I like that it automatically edits out silence in the video as well.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

What I dislike is that, in the Mac desktop app, you can’t redact sensitive information while recording a video. Also, when selecting a custom size, you have to drag the cursor to mark the area you want to record. It would be nice to have the option to enter the dimensions as well, so the final video can be recorded at a specific size. I tried the screenshot feature and it took too long to process.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a quick and easy way to record your screen.

 ### 11. The Fastest Way I Share Micro Tutorials, Reports, and Feedback With My Team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Loom?**

I can just record whatever I need to explain instead of typing long messages or getting on calls again and again.
I just hit record my screen, talk, and send the link… no downloads or login issues, makes it easy for my team and students.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

It gets you addicted because of the features but then for free version there is a limit.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really solves a lot of problems that I encounter on a day to day basis... like I don't have to jump on a call or type long emails or messages.. just click and record and. It is done.. I can quickly record micro‑tutorials for my team, walk them through reports or presentations on my screen, and just share a link, so they can watch it when it suits them and we save a lot of meetings and context‑switching.

 ### 12. Loom Makes Team Updates Easy with Mobile Video and Screen Recording

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kunal K. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

For our company dorto services Loom is like a video conferencing tool in which we exchange information with our team member by capturing the videos through our mobile phones and also record the screen details and together. We make videos in which data and video is recorded from the front camera of the device and then send to the required to member for information exchange

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

One of the biggest challenge of Loom software is that the audio sinking with the video files are very difficult so if anyone want to use this platform then they will have to understand that exporting raw videos are only easier with the help of loom for high and video editing this is not the right tool available in the market.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deepak K. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Loom?**

Loom is a software that works like a webcam for our company. We mostly record videos, device screen and voice all together with the help of this platform and after regarding the complete video loom provides us a link that can easily be shared with our team member so that they can access the video instantly and the message can be passed properly to them.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

One of the major disadvantage of using Loom software is that it does not provide all video editing tools it has limited sets of feature like video trimming adding subtitles or captions etc but for complete audio mixing and videos splitting or merging we are forced to use third party softwares and this intensifies the process and take a lot of time.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the help of Loom we are able to train detailing skills to our new detailing professionals and technicians this is the tool that helps us in delivering video messages easily to the executive working in different parts of the country. ### 14. The Ultimate "Meeting Killer" for Busy Founders

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ritesh S. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Loom?**

"I honestly can’t remember how I worked without Loom. It’s my go-to for killing unnecessary meetings; I can just record my screen, talk through a design or a project update in two minutes, and send the link. It’s way faster than typing a long, confusing email and much more personal since the team can actually hear my tone of voice.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

There's nothing I dislike about Loom, but I will update my review of Loom if I find anything to criticize.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an entrepreneur, my biggest bottleneck is always my own time. Loom finally solved that 'calendar bloat' where my day was just back-to-back syncs and endless email threads that led to mistakes anyway. Now, I just record a 2-minute clip to walk through a new strategy or a dashboard. It’s a game-changer because it protects my 'maker time' for deep work, while giving my team a clear, visual guide they can re-watch whenever they need. It basically turned our messy communication into a library of assets that actually helps us scale.

 ### 15. Loom help in aligning video conferencing for our business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Umesh K. | IT Team, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Loom?**

As a service based business we need to share our desktop screen with our technical team professionals working on the field at customers doorstep and loom is the software that helps in this process along with our device camera. This software helps us in giving instructions to our employees along with the screen recorder

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

All of the video that we share with our team members are processed through this software only but the main disadvantage of Loom is that there is no video editing software integrated in this tool nether they have any basic editing features integrated on the software

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It becomes very easy for us to explain the day to day task to our employees working on the different location all over the world and it also help our clients who need any take a assistance related to our software. As most of the our business tutorials and training we do are executed with the help of Loom only.

 ### 16. Record Once, Share Easily, Save Time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan S. | Manager and Dietician at Chaitanya Homoeo Clinic, Medical Store Owner, Content Creator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Loom?**

What I like best about Loom is that it is very easy to use for my daily work. I manage diet charts, patient guidance, and educational sessions, and Loom helps me explain diet plans and lifestyle instructions clearly through short videos. I was able to start using it quickly without any technical difficulty.

I use Loom regularly to record diet chart explanations and general guidance for patients, which saves time and avoids repeating the same instructions again and again. It has enough useful features like screen and voice recording, which are more than sufficient for my work needs. Loom integrates well with my system and browser, so recording and sharing videos is smooth. I like that I can just share a link instead of explaining the same thing again. Overall, it supports my daily clinic and nutrition related work in a simple and practical way.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

Sometimes Loom can feel a bit slow when recording or uploading longer videos, especially when I explain detailed diet charts or patient guidance. If the internet connection is not stable, uploads take more time. Also, for longer recordings, managing and organizing videos could be simpler. These are small issues, but they can slow down work slightly during busy days.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loom solves the problem of explaining the same things again and again in person or on calls. I use it to record clear videos for diet chart explanations and general patient guidance. This saves time and helps avoid misunderstandings.
For my daily work, it makes communication easier and more consistent. Patients and clients can watch the video anytime and understand the instructions clearly. This helps me manage my work better and focus more on consultations instead of repeating explanations.

 ### 17. Effortless Video Walkthroughs That Boost Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankit R. | Revenue Data Analyst, Human Resources, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Loom?**

What I appreciate most about Loom is how easily it transforms complicated explanations into straightforward, easy-to-follow video walkthroughs. Rather than sending lengthy messages or scheduling additional meetings, I can simply record a quick screen share to illustrate dashboards, share data insights, or walk through specific processes. The video quality is outstanding, sharing happens instantly, and it’s ideal for collaborating with international teams who can view and revisit the videos whenever it suits them. Loom saves time, minimizes misunderstandings, and greatly improves the efficiency of asynchronous communication.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

While Loom is very helpful, processing longer recordings can be time-consuming, and there are sometimes glitches such as audio delays or screen lag. The editing features are fairly basic, which means that even minor changes often require starting over with a new recording. Additionally, handling and organizing a large number of videos can become confusing if there isn't a well-defined folder system in place.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loom addresses the issue of overcommunication and eliminates the need for unnecessary meetings by allowing me to record concise, clear video walkthroughs rather than lengthy written explanations. This tool enhances my ability to collaborate with teams across the globe, minimizes the need to repeat instructions, and accelerates both onboarding and feedback processes. In general, it significantly improves the speed, clarity, and efficiency of asynchronous communication.

 ### 18. Effortless Screen Recording and Seamless Sharing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanket P. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Loom?**

What I like about Loom is that it allows me to easily create screen recording videos for websites, issues, bugs, and demos. I can quickly share these videos with others so they can clearly see the details and understand the context without confusion. It also integrates with my calendar, which lets me sync and manage my scheduled meetings directly in Loom. Additionally, Loom saves time by reducing the need for long meetings or back-and-forth messages, since everything can be explained clearly in a single video.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

One thing I dislike about Loom is that it can feel slightly complex for first-time users. When I start recording, it's not always clear whether my audio is being recorded correctly. which can be confusing. Also, if I record a long video, it takes more time to process before it's ready to share. Another small issue is that if I make a mistake while recording, I usually have to re-record the entire video instead of easily editing small parts. Other than these points, I don't have any major dislikes about Loom.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loom solves the problem of clearly explaining technical issues, features, and demos without requiring real-time meetings. As a backend developer, when I test a frontend website and find a bug, I record the full process in Loom to show exactly how the issue can be reproduced. I then share the video link with my colleague, which helps them understand the problem quickly and fix it accurately. Loom is also very useful when I work on client projects and need to give a demo. I can record a complete walkthrough with my screen and audio explanation and share the video anywhere, making it easy for the client to understand the product without scheduling a live call. Additionally, when I build a new feature and need to explain how users should use it, I create a Loom video as a step-by-step guide and share or host it on my website. This helps users understand the feature and reduces confusion or support questions. Loom also allows me to sync my calendar, so I can see and manage my scheduled meetings in one place. On top of that, Loom saves time by reducing the need for repeated explanations or meetings. since one video can be reused multiple times. It also improves communication by providing visual context, which is especially helpful when explaining complex technical workflows. Loom also makes collaboration easier because teammates can watch the video at their own pace and revisit it whenever needed. Additionally, it creates a clear record of discussions, demos, or issues, which is useful for future reference or onboarding new team members.

 ### 19. Effortless Video Communication and Sharing with Loom

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akshat S. | Operations Team, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Loom?**

I have been using Loom for more than 3 years now and the most interesting part of this software is that it helps us in recording our videos from the front camera along with screen recording from our mobile phones and the complete content if being generated and uploaded in the cloud storage of Loom and then it can be shared with the help of link to our team members. This makes the process of video communication much easier.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

One of the major challenge that I faced while working with loom in our business was that whenever I recorded long videos the complete time in uploading and link generation also become too long and the software always put a limit in the long video durations so it is good tool mainly for short video sessions.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loom has helped us in creating better communication culture in our organisation also the total number of meetings that now we conduct now is much more less than last year. This software saves us a lot of time and resource that we used to invest before for conducting meeting regularly for everything.

 ### 20. Easy to use, time saving screen recording software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Garrick C. | Staff Software Engineer, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Loom?**

The integrated native app is extremely useful for an easy way to start a screen recording without having to go to a website.

The automated transcriptions are also extremely clear and useful.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

In some cases it was difficult to get the native desktop version to record without losing the recording.

Selecting which screen to record could be improved in the desktop app.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recording application and software related overviews and demos that are easy to share with teammates and customers. It helps to give quick videos for context on related software changes.

 ### 21. Effortless Screen Recording and Seamless Client Sharing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Indrajeet D. | Freelance Content Writer/Marketer, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Loom?**

The app is extremely easy to set up and use. It allows you to record your screen effortlessly and share the recording with your clients. Rather than scheduling a "quick call," Loom improves asynchronous meetings by enabling you to share your screen and add comments. I find this especially effective when I need to share my thoughts, feedback, or opinions on a piece of content.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

The five-minute video limit on the free plan can be challenging at times. It would be helpful if this restriction were increased a bit.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Asynchronous video communication is a game changer for me. I often find it challenging to discuss topics in meetings that require careful thought and a lot of spontaneous thinking, which can be overwhelming. Fortunately, Loom makes this much easier. It feels like presenting to an audience of a hundred people, but without anyone actually being present. Plus, I have the freedom to record as many takes as I need until I get it just right.

 ### 22. Loom Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James C. | Project manager , Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Loom?**

It is an amazing screen recording software with option to record web cam and audio in one format. Easy to edit videos and quickly share with team members

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

The price is not justified for the offering and it’s quite expensive for just a video recording and basic editing tool. Also the trial period is very limited which doesn’t allow through testing of the tool for new users

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helpful to record demonstrations with web cam as it is more interactive for people seeing the video, the recorded video is of Hugh quality making it easy to understand the content being displayed while recording, the quick editor tools saves a lot of time in basic video cuts

 ### 23. Not as Reliable as It Used to Be

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kimiko C. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Loom?**

What I liked best about Loom was how simple and reliable it used to be for quick screen recordings and sharing links. But since Atlassian bought it, it has gone downhill. It feels more buggy, less consistent, and not nearly as smooth to use as it used to be.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

What I dislike most is that it’s no longer dependable for something as basic as recording and sharing a video. Since Atlassian bought Loom, the experience feels clunkier and more glitchy, and I can’t trust it to work smoothly when I need it.

Customer support also left a bad impression. When I reached out, the response focused on policy more than the fact that the software was not working for me. Be wary before purchasing. If you run into issues and are past 30 days, you may be stuck with a product that does not work and no refund options.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loom is supposed to solve the problem of wasting time in meetings and long back-and-forth messages by letting you quickly record your screen and explain something once. When it works, it benefits me by saving time, making instructions clearer, and speeding up communication with clients or a team without needing a live call. When it doesn't work, it wastes my time.

 ### 24. Effortless Setup and Time-Saving Collaboration with Loom

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shelaqgh O. | Digital Marketing, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Loom?**

Loom is incredibly easy to implement, and using it is even simpler. The setup process takes just 2 clicks, 1 if you integrate via Chrome. I use Loom with my team daily because it saves us a significant amount of time. Rather than spending hours in meetings, we simply share screen recordings of our work, along with our own voice narration to highlight important points. Loom has become an essential part of our digital content creation workflow.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

The only issue I have is that their customer service support seems to be out in space somewhere, totally unreachable.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The days of manually transcribing videos or repeatedly rerecording to fix mispronounced words and awkward silences are over. With Loom's edit by transcript tool, I can now edit my videos just by highlighting and deleting the words or sentences I want to remove in the automatically generated transcript. The video updates instantly to reflect these changes, making the editing process much simpler.

 ### 25. Effortless Mobile Screen Recording and Instant Sharing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

Loom is a software that help us in recording our mobile screen and after recording the screen it generates automated link that can be shared through email or WhatsApp to all of our employees so that the can access the video without even downloading. This software makes the video detailing process much easier for us.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

There are two types of main disadvantages that I have face while using a loom as this software has Limited number of video that can be generated and shared with the link to our employees and there is always a limit on the number. The second one is you will need a strong internet connectivity or 5G network in your area so that this software can process efficiently

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software also provide the basic editing feature for the video that you want to upload on its cloud storage and you can also add subtitles to the videos so that employees can understand it better. Finally I would like to say that it is a great tool for explaining different type of task and giving training to all the staffs in a organisation

**What do you like best about Loom?**

Loom makes it super easy to explain things without hopping on a meeting. Recording and sharing takes basically no effort, and people can watch whenever it works for them. I love the comments, reactions, and transcripts because it feels more interactive than just sending a video link. It’s especially great for walkthroughs, feedback, and quick updates.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

The editing tools can feel a bit glitchy at times, and videos sometimes take a while to load.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loom cuts down on meetings and long messages. Instead of explaining the same thing over and over, I can record once and move on. It saves time and reduces back-and-forth with my team.

 ### 27. Seamless Video Creation, Limited by File Size

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan N.

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Loom?**

I like Loom because it's easy to set up and has a Google Chrome extension, making it really convenient for walkthroughs or when I have questions or bugs. I can just record a video and send it over to my coworkers, which is super helpful. I also appreciate that instead of opening a separate software, I'm just one click away on the browsers I'm already using. It's straightforward to log in with my work email, which made starting with Loom really easy.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

I'm not too sure about the plan our company is using, but it seems like there's a limit on the videos I can upload or record. It might be five or 30, I can't quite remember. Even after removing all the videos on my end, I can't increase the limit. At some point, this is a bit frustrating.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Loom to make my work more efficient, eliminating the need for screenshots or typing instructions. I record videos to explain steps, saving about 80% of my time.

 ### 28. User-Friendly Screen Recording with Pro Editing Features

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

Can't get their response instantly. But recording is great

 ### 30. Loom Makes Screen and Camera Recording Effortless for Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohan T. | Marketing Team, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Loom?**

Loom is the software that we use for digital recording on our mobile and pc devices. This software helps us in doing both the screen and camera recording simultaneously so that we can be able to brief on detail that what going on the video and also record it. These videos can easily be communicated to the other team members when needed.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

The main challenge with loom is that there are limited video recording available in the free plan also it needs a strong internet connection for the complete video uploading, if there is no proper internet connection available then this software will be your no use as it will start lagging a lot and also you cannot access old files.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mainly use Loom to conduct virtual meetings with our clients and with senior managers of different departments working in our company. This software help us in keeping record of all the data and video discussions that happened on day to day meetings and access them whenever needed in future.

 ### 31. Great Experience, One of the best screen recording platforms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vivek D. | Software Developer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Loom?**

I am using Loom from past one year and Its been a complete game changer for me since then. Before loom I used to record screen and then upload it in drive then I used to share the drive link with my team. But the features I really like in loom are:

1) Easy to setup

2) Good user interface which create good experience for new user

3) Easy to share the video without going through the uploading process.

4) Work space can be shared with team and managed accordingly

5) Videos can be edited instantly after recording.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

The 5 minute limit for recording the video can be imporved so user don't have to rely on other apps for long video recordings.

Subtitles can be improved as some times its good sometimes it throws random words

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loom solves the problem of slow, clunky video sharing by making it effortless to record and send videos instantly. There’s no tedious uploading process, and you can capture your screen with ease. For me, it’s been a huge time save cutting down on meetings and letting everyone stay up to speed without waiting around.

What I dislike about Loom is sometimes the free version feels a bit limited, especially with recording length and advanced features. Also, video processing can occasionally be slow if the internet connection is not strong.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loom solves the problem of long, unclear emails and unnecessary meetings by enabling quick videos communication. It helps me explain ideas clearly, save times, and collaborate better with my team. As a result, communication is faster, more personal, and far more effective.

 ### 33. Easy to Start, but the Windows Desktop App Is Too Buggy

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Loom?**

It's pretty easy to use (when it works) and it's easy to get started. Their CS team is attentive which is good and even their AI chatbot is decent. I use it multiple times per week and sometimes everyday.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

I feel like ever since they've been taken over by Atlassian it's gotten super buggy. I mostly use the desktop app for windows but have also used the Chrome extension.

It's constantly like not picking up my mic or speakers or just crashing for no reason. I've had to uninstall and re-install so many times but still have issues.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use loom mostly for customer service to help show users of our software how to troubleshoot different things. I also use it to communicate with the software team

 ### 34. Loom Makes Explaining Complex Topics Effortless and Fast

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rushan M. | Freelance Web Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Loom?**

There are many similar tools but I find Loom the best because of it's speed and ease of use. I can literally explain any of my colleagues a complex topic or demo without having the need to set up a meeting and within minutes. And the AI features which were added last year are great too.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

I feel Loom has a very restrictive free plan whereas a other similar tools are a bit more generous. I particularly dislike the time limit of 5 minutes in the free plan, it could have atleast been 10 minutes.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loom is hugely cutting down my meeting times. And as someone who works remotely, I don't have the need to schedule a meeting often, instead I just record a short video and share it with my clients and colleagues. And, it hardly takes 5 to 10 minutes saving us time and enables faster communication.

 ### 35. Effortless Feedback and Communication with Loom

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eliezer M. | Senior Motion Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Loom?**

What I like most about Loom is how easy it is to give feedback and show the screen of what we're working on while recording voice and video for more personal and fluid communication

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

There isn’t really anything I dislike as such; it’s a functional platform and it fulfills its purpose. Maybe it would help a bit if it had tools that made some interactions more visible, such as a mouse highlight or visual feedback showing where a click occurs

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In general, the problem it solves is that my team and I work in different time zones, which makes it difficult to have virtual meetings. Loom helps solve this because it allows us to have that experience without it being live

 ### 36. Transforms Team Communication with Instant Video and Smart AI Tools

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elijah E. | HR Officer - Disciplinary | Industrial Relations | Policy |Projects | Performance Management , Telecommunications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Loom?**

Loom stands out for its capacity to replace traditional meetings with asynchronous video communication. Among its most valuable features are instant sharing, which eliminates the need to wait for uploads, the personal feel provided by the camera bubble, and AI-powered tools that can automatically summarize videos and remove filler words. Overall, Loom helps teams save time by enabling clear communication without requiring everyone to be online simultaneously.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

Loom's primary disadvantages are its very limited free plan, which restricts recordings to 5 minutes and allows only 25 videos, as well as recurring performance problems like app crashes and audio synchronization bugs. The platform also does not offer advanced editing capabilities, and many of its most useful AI features are only accessible through a costly premium subscription. Because of these limitations, Loom may not be the best choice for users who need to create longer videos or are trying to keep costs down.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loom changes slow, text-heavy workflows into quick, high-context video messages. This helps businesses by cutting down on unnecessary meetings, making remote collaboration across different time zones easier, and ensuring that complex information is communicated clearly and in a more personal way.

 ### 37. Teamwork Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manan B. | Innovation Trainee ( AI developer ), Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Loom makes communication incredibly easy and time-efficient. I love how I can quickly record my screen with voice or webcam, explain a process or feedback visually, and share the link instantly — no need for long meetings or lengthy emails. The interface is clean, intuitive, and the video quality is excellent even for quick recordings. It’s become a daily tool for me to collaborate with teammates and clients asynchronously.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

There’s not much to dislike, but sometimes the upload or processing time can take a bit longer for larger videos. Also, the video trimming and editing options are somewhat limited compared to dedicated video editors. However, for quick recordings and sharing, it still performs exceptionally well.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loom helps bridge the gap between written communication and live meetings. Instead of scheduling long calls or writing lengthy messages, I can record short, clear video explanations that teammates can watch anytime. It’s made collaboration faster, especially across different time zones. I use it for walkthroughs, feedback, client updates, and internal training — saving both time and effort while keeping communication more personal and visual.

 ### 38. Effortless Screen Recording for Developers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deepan K. | Staff Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

Loom offers 25 free recordings. You can even delete old recordings so that you get new slot to record. This really helps when you don't want to straight away purchase the product

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

I didnt dislike any. but it could have been useful, if there is a way it can highlight my clicks and hovers. Sometime s i record without audio where i cannot explain what am doing with mouse

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loom offers effortless screen recording which you can do with their extension itself. Being a developer, i may need to send screen recording of a working prototype often to my stakeholders. Loom helps here where it could also tell who had viewed my video if they had signed in

 ### 39. Fast, Simple, and Efficient Screen Recording

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaysree B. | Freelancing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Loom?**

I use Loom to quickly record short screen videos, which helps explain things more clearly than text. Loom is fast and simple to start recording. Sharing a video link instead of a long explanation saves time and makes communication clearer. It avoids long explanations and reduces misunderstandings because people can see exactly what I mean, saving time for both sides and removing the need for follow-up questions or meetings. I mostly use Loom alongside tools like email, chat apps, or project management tools to share recordings, fitting easily into my workflow because I can paste the video link wherever I am communicating. The initial setup was very easy, with installing and starting the first recording taking only a few minutes with no complex configurations.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

The free version has limits on video length and storage, which can feel restrictive. Better trimming or lightweight editing tools would also improve the overall experience. Longer recording limits or more flexible storage in the free tier would help for slightly detailed explanations. Adding a simple built in editing like cutting pauses or mistakes before sharing would also make videos more polished without extra tools.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loom helps me explain ideas faster without typing long messages or scheduling calls. It reduces back and forth by letting me show my screen and talk through things in one go. Sharing a video link avoids long explanation and reduces misunderstandings, saving time for both sides and removing the need for follow-up questions or meetings.

Instead of typing long explanations, we just record a quick video, and everyone can watch it anytime—it saves a lot of time and makes communication clearer.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

What I dislike about Loom is that the videos can take a while to upload if the internet is slow. Also, the free version has limited storage, so we sometimes have to delete older videos to make space. But overall, it’s still a really convenient tool for sharing quick updates and instructions at K’s Kitchen Palo.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loom helps us communicate more clearly and efficiently at K’s Kitchen Palo. Instead of sending long messages or scheduling meetings, we can just record quick videos to explain processes or updates. It saves time, reduces confusion, and makes it easier for everyone to follow along—especially when showing step-by-step tasks or visual instructions.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayushi D L. | Webflow Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Loom?**

I use Loom for recording client tutorials, which helps them with autonomy on post project edits. It saves me time by eliminating the need for call scheduling and attending. I really like the transcript feature with the option to edit, as it solves the accent-based friction barrier, making communication smoother for my international clients. The feature of having a tiny frame visible allows me to talk to people during project walkthroughs without having an actual conversation, which works really well. I find sharing a link with acknowledgment of its viewing much more efficient than uploading and sharing a large file. The initial setup was super easy, with just an account sign up, and there is a Chrome extension for easy access. The free plan and its features fit my needs perfectly.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

Nothing as such.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loom saves me time by eliminating the need for call scheduling. It helps create easy-to-follow client tutorials. The transcript feature overcomes accent barriers, and sharing links is more efficient than large files. The tiny frame feature is great for walkthroughs.

It's very user-friendly, and I love the Loom extension. Whenever I need to explain something in detail by sharing my screen, I just use the Loom extension to record my screen and myself, and then share the link. I also like the feature that notifies me once the recipient has viewed my Loom, as it gives a receipt that the message has been conveyed. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

It's a little confusing sometimes which screen you are sharing; it can be simplified.

 ### 43. Effortless Video Sharing, Boosts Client Trust

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonu K. | Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Loom?**

I like how Loom helps us in building trust with our clients through the videos we record. Using Loom makes the training process for our staff and new interns on executing doorstep car wash and detailing services effortless. I appreciate the ease of generating videos and links, which simplifies sharing them with new staff. I also find the setup process quite efficient as it took only 24 hours to integrate Loom with our business.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

One thing that it mainly lacks is need of 24*7 availability of internet connection because whenever the internet connection gets weak the videos streaming becomes difficult for the whole team

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loom builds trust with our clients through video recordings and simplifies training, making learning effortless and efficient.

 ### 44. Instant Uploads, Perfect for Interview Preps

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yash D.

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Loom?**

I love Loom's one-click screen and camera capture with instant cloud upload. I recorded a live VS Code demo of REST API debugging at 1080p/60fps and was able to share the link mid-session to a recruiter and got feedback in under an hour without having to deal with OBS's endless renders. Another standout feature is Loom's AI-powered chapters and transcripts, which auto-slice my rants into timestamped sections like '2:15 - C++ mutex demo' or '4:42 - REST rate limiting.' This allowed recruiters to scan SQL optimizations on mobile without watching the full video, landing me callbacks much faster than with email attachments.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

The free tier's limit of 25 videos at 720p hits hard, especially after 10+ interview mocks, making the Pro upgrade of around ₹800/month feel steep for occasional job hunts. The lack of a native dark mode toggle during recordings causes a visual clash with terminal themes during night coding demos. Transcript accuracy also drops with technical jargon, misinterpreting terms like 'gRPC' as 'jee RPC,' which could be improved with dev-specific vocabulary training.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Switching to Loom from OBS Studio eliminated long exports, allowing instant uploads and link sharing for interviews, landing callbacks in hours instead of days. Loom's AI chapters and transcripts make technical demos scannable for recruiters, speeding up the review process.

 ### 45. Effortless Video Sharing and Editing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gaurav C.

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Loom?**

I like Loom's easy-to-use interface. All the options are easy to understand and set up; there's no need to download its software app because you can just go to its web version and start your task. Loom solves the problem of sharing videos by providing a shareable link after recording, unlike other platforms where you have to upload videos elsewhere and create a link. I find it valuable because it's straightforward to select options and start recording on their web app. I also appreciate the video editing feature, allowing me to remove parts of the video if needed. Additionally, Loom offers an option to schedule online meetings, a feature I'm exploring.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

Sometimes I notice if a video is large in length, then it's hard to play it. Sometimes it lags, so Loom can improve this part. This generally happens during playback; like if someone shares me a recorded video link of Loom and if it's large, then it lags to play that video.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loom solves the hassle of sharing videos by providing a sharable link immediately. Its easy interface and editing features make recording and modifying videos simple without needing additional software.

 ### 46. Effortless Video Recording with Instant Sharing

I mostly value the screen recording and easy sharing links, as they make it simple to explain things clearly and send videos to customers without extra steps. The initial setup was very easy. I signed up, installed the extension, and started recording within minutes.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

Longer videos can sometimes take time to upload or process, and basic editing options feel a bit limited.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Loom to record training videos, making it easy to explain without live calls. It's quick to record and share, saving time while allowing customers to watch, pause, and revisit anytime.

 ### 47. Loom Makes Communication Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kendra H. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Loom?**

I love using Loom because it saves me from unnecessary meetings and phone calls. Recording and sending a quick video makes it so much easier to explain things and keep communication efficient. Loom is also incredibly easy to use. It’s literally just click, record, and go. I love how slick the process feels, and the features make it even better. From sharing links instantly to letting people watch on their own time, it takes the hassle out of explaining things and keeps communication smooth without needing a meeting or phone call.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

The only issue I run into is that sometimes Loom glitches and I have to refresh the screen to get it working again. It’s a small frustration compared to how much time it saves me overall.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loom addresses the issue of time lost in meetings and endless phone calls. Rather than coordinating schedules or attempting to clarify things through lengthy emails, I can simply record a short video and share it right away. This approach helps me save time, reduces misunderstandings, and streamlines my workflow.

 ### 48. A flawless way for communicating or giving feedback

**What do you like best about Loom?**

I have been using Loom for about 4 years in many capacities and roles.

Being a full-time lecturer at the time, recording a video while explaining something is a natural, frictionless way of communicating, so the implementation was a no-brainer.

From being a full-time academic researcher and lecturer to a business consultant, Loom has enabled me to provide an easy and streamlined way of communication to a variety of stakeholders. It is so easy to integrate within any workflow, since you don't have to add another platform or software to my workflow (or my clients). They do not need to create another account or download new software if they don't want to (though many of them create an account by the time we finish the project).

Depending on the stage of the project or process, I use Loom at least a couple of times a week to provide feedback or give accurate instructions. I like the cloud-based approach since it allows me, my team, and clients to work practically anywhere and at any time -- a great feature when working remotely and across different time zones.

From undergraduate students to business owners and fellow admins, I find they appreciate the "human touch" (eg., watching me as I speak and having the chance to pause whenever they feel the need).

The Customer Support is awesome and answers tickets quickly.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

The free account only provides 5-minute videos and a library of 25 videos, so I have to eliminate the videos once I finish a project.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loom streamlines communication processes with a lot of different actors. I love the fact that I can use it for almost everything.
It is specially useful for giving feedback, requesting changes and even explain simple task to new members of a team.

 ### 49. User-Friendly, But Resource Intensive

**What do you like best about Loom?**

I just like Loom because it's very easy to use and user-friendly. You can basically just look at it and know how to use it without needing to be technically sound, which is great since I'm not really good with computers. It allows me to do things without interruption or worrying about understanding how technology works. Setting it up was pretty easy too; you just need to register an account, and you're good to go. The free version is more than enough for what I need.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

I just think it takes too much memory on my Google Chrome that it sometimes crashes. It records, and then sometimes it's not as common, but it happens.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Loom to share video tutorials with coworkers, making remote work easier. It's user-friendly, so I don't have to think much about how to use it or worry about tech mistakes.

 ### 50. The perfect tool to screen any Tutorial and share it with your team

**What do you like best about Loom?**

What I really appreciate about Loom is how it cuts through the noise. Instead of drafting long emails or setting up yet another meeting, I just hit record and share exactly what I mean in seconds. It’s a simple way to get my point across without losing any of the personal vibe.

It’s also great because people can watch whenever it suits them—no need to sync calendars or rush replies. The whole thing just flows naturally. The videos look sharp, it’s super straightforward to use, and honestly, it just makes working together feel way less complicated.

**What do you dislike about Loom?**

Occasionally, the playback can lag or stutter depending on your connection, which can be frustrating. And lastly, I wish it had a few more advanced editing options built in, so you wouldn’t have to jump to another tool if you want to trim or highlight something more precisely. But overall, these are minor quirks in an otherwise handy tool.

**What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Loom has seriously changed how I communicate at work. Instead of writing long, confusing emails or jumping into meetings that kill productivity, I just record a quick video showing exactly what I’m talking about. It’s like having a face-to-face chat, but without the hassle of scheduling or interruptions.

This saves me and my team so much time and frustration. Everyone gets the full picture in a few minutes, they can watch it whenever works best for them, and questions get cleared up before they even come up. For remote work and fast-paced projects, Loom keeps things moving smoothly and helps us stay aligned without any wasted effort. It’s hands-down one of the smartest tools I’ve added to my workflow.
