We use other products of Atlassian - Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence

I recently got introduced to Atlas.

The most important use of Atlas is to create a detailed page for each project and add details accordingly, such as the status of different projects.

As the product is new customer support is also good.

- No downside as of now, It is new to us so sometimes we get difficulties in the customization part but the support and docs are well written. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Atlassian is easy to use and navigate. We use the Jira platform as well as the regular atlassian kanban boards to track our team's projects and how close to our goals we are.

If I have to pick one, the design of it is not the most appealing. Navigation is easy but sometimes does not make the most sense (could be an issue from my company not Atlassian though). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ability of the platform to provide end to end cloud based communications.

The product allows remote access and real-time collaboration.

Visual customization and unlimited number of users.

It ensures a live experience and reduces operational costs.

Cost of the software is very high, especially the monthly subscription.

We found that it has some limitations on the functionality for what we need, but it appears some of them might be under development, so fingers crossed.

With Atlassian Jira, i can do Sprint planning Milestones by Creating Product Release Stories in which we can Add Bugs and Defects for the Release. We can easily Create Defects as it has all the Defect Categories, Defects Severity, and Assigne Fields to track the Defects easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From this Jan 2023, Atlassian jira has brought New UI Design to its Web page layout and its somewhat Frustrating to understand some Functionality and Options, as we users are very much Accustomed to Old UI of Atlassian Jira, which is Seamless and more Convenient to Understand & Use. For Average Users, many of the Important Options like Creating Subtask, View in Search, issue Details are not easy to find immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a bit difficult to use and for larger teams, the associated cost is on the higher side. Licensing models and pricing structures are very costly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
