"Centralized Project Visibility with a Clean, Easy-to-Navigate Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about Atlassian Atlas?

What I like most about Atlassian Atlas is that it gives a centralized view of project goals, status updates, and overall team progress. At Nexford University, it improved visibility across different initiatives by making it easier to see what teams were working on and how each project aligned with broader organizational objectives. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the status reporting features make it straightforward to stay informed without needing to sit through multiple meetings. What do you dislike about Atlassian Atlas?

There isn’t much I dislike about Atlassian Atlas. That said, one area that could be improved is offering more customization options for project views and reporting. Also, new users may need a bit of time to get familiar with all the features and to understand how Atlas integrates with other Atlassian products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Clarity for Cross-Team Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Atlassian Atlas?

Atlassian Atlas is how it finally gives structure and clarity to cross-team work without feeling heavy or intrusive. Instead of chasing people down in Slack or email for updates, Atlas provides a single place where teams can share progress, blockers, decisions, and plans in a way that actually makes sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atlassian Atlas?

it can feel a bit redundant if teams aren’t disciplined about where they update status. Because it’s another place to share progress, it sometimes ends up overlapping with Jira comments, Slack, or Confluence notes — which can make people wonder where the “source of truth” Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Documentation Made Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Atlassian Atlas?

I like how Atlassian Atlas houses all the information in one central place, making it easy to navigate and search for the information you're looking for. The initial setup was easy, and my team finds it straightforward to use when they need more information on how to complete the correct process. I don’t have any complaints about the system and switched from Monday because it was too messy to manage. I would likely recommend Atlassian Atlas, rating it a 9 out of 10. "Effortless Team Alignment and Seamless Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Atlassian Atlas?

What I like most about Atlassian Atlas is how effortlessly it keeps everyone aligned without adding extra work. The weekly digest updates, project health indicators, and clear goal tracking make it incredibly easy for teams to stay on the same page. I also love how Atlas integrates seamlessly with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack, so updates flow automatically without manual reporting. It reduces meetings, improves transparency, and gives leadership a real-time snapshot of progress across teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atlassian Atlas?

While Atlas is a powerful alignment tool, I think there’s still room for improvement in customization options. Some of the reporting visuals and fields feel a bit limited, and adding more flexibility could make tracking even more insightful. Additionally, for new users, the initial setup can feel slightly overwhelming until they get familiar with the ecosystem. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall value it provides. 5/5
What do you like best about Atlassian Atlas?

I like that Atlassian Atlas is very easy to use and doesn’t require a long setup or learning curve. The interface is clean, and updating project status is straightforward, which makes it easy to share progress with the team. Implementation was smooth, and it integrates well with other Atlassian tools we use. The features are simple but effective, and it’s helpful for keeping everyone aligned without needing constant check-ins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atlassian Atlas?

Some of the features feel limited, especially if you use it frequently. The reporting options and customization could be more robust, and deeper integrations would make it even more powerful. Customer support is generally okay, but responses can sometimes be slow or not detailed enough. Overall, it works well for high-level tracking, but it could benefit from more advanced features and flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
