What do you like best about Atlas?

The user friendly Atlas add-on to Excel and the usability of Atlas to export and import data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atlas?

There is not much to dislike about Atlas. We used to have issues with the Excel Add-on crashing. Once we upgraded, the problem went away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real time web based advanced claim management"

What do you like best about Atlas?

Every input gets analayzed by web based server, navigators makes sure all necessary information gets attempted to make sure proper customer service and data entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atlas?

Since it's a web based application, it doesn't have ability to hold data in local computer and later sync them with server. This sometimes delays process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Functionality of the different coding menus that allow for customizing your coding experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atlas?

It doesn't work well when you have multiple coders in the same project. It is easy to accidentally corrupt your files. The functions are not intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Atlas:

I would recommend using a cloud based service, such as Dedoose, instead of Atlas Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Atlas?

The interface is easy to use and there are many tutorials that assist in utilizing this software. The auto-coding tools are helpful in large qualitative datasets; however, I would always recommend checking each case to make sure it truly fits into a specific code. You can also auto-code things and then have additional coders read through it in order to verify the coding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atlas?

I have had some technological problems with the program shutting down on me for no reason. Otherwise, I like the program so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Atlas:

Use the starter guide and tutorials when learning how to work the program. It is very helpful when you're able to learn the tips and tricks up front. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Atlas solving and how is that benefiting you?

This is very helpful with exploratory research questions and organizing qualitative interviews, critical incident technique surveys, etc. Haven't started utilizing this feature quite yet, but really appreciate that videos, images, etc., can also be analyzed. What do you like best about Atlas?

Overall Atlas is ascetically appealing in comparison to other 3rd party vendors. Customer support is very thorough and there to answer my questions in a speedy manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atlas?

That its difficult to tell what you entered incorrectly to receive a bounce back when entering product details. This can take hours to correct, but again, customer support is helpful to elevate the majority of issues that I run into when generating insertion orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Atlas:

Don't be afraid of Atlas since their customer support is so good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Atlas solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ensuring that all details of campaign placements are logged - and that is both a problem solver for ad ops and speeds up the entry process. It also works well when having to match line items up precisely with agency insertion orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Experience with QDA software Atlas"

What do you like best about Atlas?

- Best intuitive application as compare to other apps in market

- more help and training available for this as it is well known

- Interface mixed of all functionality like analysis, store and visualization through one interface

- Good representation and can manage many data points behind Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atlas?

- Not exactly dislike but yes, it requires expertise to manage the data points behind as it is having own coding style

- You need to devote time to get familiar with this before jumping into start utilizing fully

What do you like best about Atlas?

This product allows you to use excel then upload the product and this cuts the time spent working down to only a fraction of what it was updating from an ERP system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
