Atlas is a coaching platform for personal trainers and fitness coaches, with a companion workout app for their clients. Coaches manage unlimited clients, send training programs to many clients at once and see who is training right now on a live dashboard. They run health questionnaires (anamnesis), request exercise execution videos and reply with feedback, compare progress photos and chat with clients in real time. Coaches sell one-off or recurring coaching plans with Pix or credit card, with a 5% platform fee, and get a public profile page with CREF (Brazilian fitness license) verification. Hermes, an AI assistant, is built into the coach plan. Clients use the Atlas app on iOS, Android and Wear OS for free to follow their programs and log workouts, including CrossFit WODs. Athletes own their data and keep their training history if they change coaches. Pricing: Coach plan R$29.99/month; Atlas Elite (coach plus personal training features) R$39.99/month; yearly plans save about 16%. Language: Brazilian Portuguese.
