It's a new startup, so sometimes the new features that are released change very quickly, and I'm not sure whether I'm using it perfectly - though they did bring out some learning resources, which helps keep up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Atlas?

I appreciate how helpful and patient everyone has been with my detailed questions while I'm early in the process. The support has been very engaging, knowledgeable, and passionate about Atlas, which is reassuring during my initial setup and migration of data. I am also excited about Atlas being AI native, as it promises to automatically handle my phone calls, interviews, Teams, text messages, and WhatsApp, analyze this information and provide it back to me in a useful way. What do you like best about Atlas?

I use Atlas as my CRM and it has gotten rid of most of my admin work. I love that it means less admin, more actual time to spend on what I enjoy most! It's simple and straightforward to use and the customer service is amazing. It is also integrated with my WhatsApp and email which is convenient. What do you dislike about Atlas?

When I update a project or add something to the system sometimes there can be a delay in it updating the system, but it's not a major concern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Atlas?

I like the AI integration and the notetaker from Atlas because they save a lot of time and summarize profiles based on the key requirements of the customers. The modern design of Atlas was another reason for our switch from Bullhorn. I also really liked the excellent support and onboarding management, as well as the AI chat for simple questions.
