No matter what's going on, Atlas has someone to help. **What do you dislike about Atlas Systems?** A lot of the team is offshore so the mutual worktime availability can be a challenge. **Recommendations to others considering Atlas Systems:** Be prepared to provide detailed specifications for the project. It's possible that they don't know your industry and so they can't think for you. **What problems is Atlas Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating reports in PowerBI . My boss wanted to adopt it and I was not yet up to speed on the application. Atlas has the resources to expedite the projects that would have bogged me down. ### 2. They are very diligent and organized in how they go about their work. Their helpfulness and transparency is greatly appreciated. **What do you dislike about Atlas Systems?** There is nothing I'd change about their service as of now. **What problems is Atlas Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not only is Atlas great at what they do from a technical standpoint, but their customer service is unparalleled. They have also helped is some specific development of applications. Currently they have delivered specific Custom solutions using AI on MS FABRIC Platform. ### 4. Things seems to be good. **What problems is Atlas Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have augmented few resources from Atlas specifically on Power BI, SQL DB Administration and Release Management in Devops. We also have engaged them for all out testing automations. We are engaged them in some good use cases of AI enabled initiatives. ### 5. We did not face any issues and liked the way they were able to set up and assess everything in no time. We get on time support from Atlas. **What do you dislike about Atlas Systems?** We did not face any issues and I don't think that there are any problems or dislikes. Atlas has a matured and experienced team and me and my manager are happy with them. **Recommendations to others considering Atlas Systems:** My company is in the financial services industry and Atlas as MSP has worked on similar projects.
