What do you like best about Atlas HXM?

Easy UI/UX to navigate and follow-through. The performance is also not bad. I have not used any AI related features yet, but I know that Atlas integrates well with our in-house timekeeping platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atlas HXM?

Some features seem to be hidden somewhere in the back. For instance, the PTO request feature is found after one goes to their profile. Normally this feature should be upfront and accessible with a single click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Atlas HXM?

I like the most that I don't have to contact support for getting my payslips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atlas HXM?

The interface is clunky and slow. The lift calculations are often wrong. The initial setup took a while and was a bit clunky. There was a lot of hassle with addresses. As a user, it took a little bit of time to get used to it. It got updated later, but it didn't really improve. The most important stuff with these calculations and entitlements have been wrong several times, and I haven't managed to get them fixed. Consistently, they were wrong. What do you like best about Atlas HXM?

Very user friendly portal with access to all essential documents, good communication with the lessee company and me as an employee of atlas, very quick response times in case of issues of any kind Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Atlas HXM?

I like that after setting up Atlas HXM, there seem to be little issues. It’s simple and does what I intended. I value the payroll feature, especially because it features many necessary deductions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Atlas HXM?

I was initially told payment would be issued from where I live. In my case, it was disappointing to find out this was not the case and receive payment from another province which has several different deductions and reduces the selling point of an EOR being plug and play to the place where one resides. What do you like best about Atlas HXM?

I like the practicality of Atlas HXM. I also find it easy to find documents related to my income tax return, pay stubs, and vacation calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Atlas HXM?

I like the way Atlas HXM responds to any question immediately, without a long waiting time. Whenever I have a question, the response is practically instant. I also appreciate that when I've had questions about my employment contract or changes in my social security, they have always been attentive. Moreover, the initial setup was practically seamless for me; it was simply installing the application, entering my username, generating the password, and I already had access to all the documentation they handle.
